Great store with extensive home decore, curtains, accessories and plenty of home decorating ideas Always on trend.However, price point is expensive unless on sale.I tend to shop elsewhere for less to make my budget stretch.

First time I came here to pick something up the employee helping me & another women looked at her watch & said “oh it’s 2:00, I’m off” & just left… took 20 minutes for someone else to come & she was no help either, I literally started working & tracking down customer packages. Second time I came today after I called to pick up something that they told me they still had 3 of, I was rudely told after driving for 30 minutes that they are out & there’s nothing they can do. I called not even an hour before I came… she just said their system was wrong & that’s not her problem. I never ever leave reviews but their customer service is laughable.

I went to Bouclair in south common Edmonton and the customer service I received from Neha was impeccable. Neha assisted me from i entered the store until i leave. I couldn't make up my mind on few items and she was patient with me throughout. Other staff were very helpful and accomodating as well.Love this store. Will definitely shop there again.

Ordered throw pillow cases online and they said they would be shipped to the store December 11th so I went to check my emails Incase I’ve missed something. It’s December 12th and now the same email I originally got says they aren’t expected until December 20th… they are Christmas cases… I ordered them November 24th… how does it take a month to ship to the store?

Online ordering is nothing but issues and headaches! If you want anything from Bouclair... go to the store and buy whatever they have in stock. Don't even bother having the store order anything in for you either. Seems like the warehouse is unorganized and they ship things damaged or missing pieces. This review would be a short story if I listed every issue I've encountered on the 4 recent orders I placed with Bouclair.This makes me re-think shopping with Bouclair all together. Overall it's been a very frustrating experience no matter which way I tried to order, online, pick up in store... there was an issue with every single order I placed. I would caution anyone from ordering anything that has to come from their warehouse... stick to whatever items you can find in stock at your local store. Save yourself the headache of dealing with their online orders.

They have some cool decorations and we go there when we need something in the house!The staff is friendly and helpful. We have enjoyed a couple of purchases that were on sale. The store is small but it has a good cozy vibe.Parking is also not an issue.Check it out for your holidays decorations! :)

Went to South Common location to return a defective item that was sent to me, as instructed by customer service team. The store manager Niha kept telling me that they won't refund the shipping fee of $50+, arguing there is no other company that refunds shipping fee. I asked why I'd have to absorb the cost when defective item was shipped by Bouclair and she said that's the way it is... (are you kidding me...?) Talked to her manager Claudia and she told me to contact Customer Service for the refund. What a way to turn off customers and I have absolutely no intention to have any more business with Bouclair. Seriously!

Huge shout out to Rebecca at this location she was absolutely amazing went above and beyond to help me get stuff and making a million decisions on decor for my home! She is very helpful & knowledgeable with home decor will definitely be making the 4 hour trip to go back and see her again!

Today Sunday we went in to shop at Bouclair in the south common. It was not very busy but we were standing by the chairs to purchase some, while we can see some associates no one wanted to approach us to help, went in line to stand there to get someone to help usThe elderly associate got a lady named Neha to help us. She came across very rude and aggressive and her tone of voice was very rude, we asked her couple of questions but her response as that she was not interested in helping her customers anyways we got her to bring the chairs to the cash register. Now there is a long line up with one elderly cashier who is taking her time ringing through her customer who has alot of purchases, finally another till was opened but there were boxes blocking the register, this employe Neha screams at the cashier from across the store take the next customer which happened to be us, I told her there are boxes piled up how am I suppose to get through ? Then she tells the other customer who was paying to move so we can squeeze behind her, it’s like who does that ?!! The worst was when the poor cashier was trying to ring our purchase but it was the wrong chair she gets screamed at by this neha “ it’s the wrong one “ so rude and unprofessional to treat anyone like this in a workplace . This particular employee needs alot of customer training on how to deal with the public and she’s not doing me a favour by working at Bouclair, I have shopped here before and always got great service from everyone but today I can’t believe this type of employee works in a workplace that offers so much negativity? This particular employee Neha has a high ego going on she definitely needs a lot of Help in her poor performance. You make minimum wage at a retail store why some much attitude??!!

My family are frequent shoppers at this location. The last few visits, we experienced not the best customer service so weren’t that excited to go there today. I just bought a new home so wanted the style of decor this store provides so decided to give it another shot. We were pleasantly surprised to be greeted right away by Rebecca and from there on our whole experience was amazing. She not only provided kindness and patience with us, she had so much knowledge about the products and ideas for the rooms I was buying for. We will be back, and will be recommending friends to request Rebecca to help them out.

Melanie in the store was a gem to deal with but the products are just super poor quality at times. The rattan coffee table continuously chips. Yea its fragile but it barely lasted a year. I have to colour in the chipped rattan pieces regularly and I’ve had enough. Bouclair has beautiful pieces but poor quality at times.I contacted customer support and was told nothing could be done because it was just over a year. I really enjoy this store but might have to hold off for a bit.
