Rina is simply the best! I have been meaning to write a review since August when we received the absolute best service, price, care and experience from Rina. We had consulted with multiple jewellers who simply said they could not help us in time for our wedding. Rina came to the rescue for us! She provided design videos and quotes for our rings within 24 hours. Lots of options to choose from and nothign was impossible - Rina just wants her clients to be happy! She also was available via text message when needed. Could not recommend Blvd Diamons enough! :)

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Rina. The process was quick and easy. Delivery of the engagement ring was a shorter turnaround time than I’ve seen at other places (2-4 weeks). Prices were very fair. I will recommend her to family and friends moving forward.

Rina & Sheila were simply amazing from the moment I walked into the store until the moment I left. They were so attentive and patient with me, and helped me pick out the perfect gift for my bridesmaids. They gave me a timeframe for the items I ordered and I received everything even before that!! Even while picking up my items they gave me so many recommendations on how to care for the jewelry pieces, and they were packed beautifully for gifting. Truly an amazing team! I would highly recommend.

This place is truly a gem of Edmonton! From the exceptional service provided by the staff to the quality and affordability of their products, my experience at Boulevard Diamonds has been outstanding.
I bought an engagement ring for my now-fiancé here, and I went in knowing very little about engagement rings. Rina was incredibly helpful, not only in helping me find the perfect ring but also in educating me so I could make an informed decision. The result exceeded all expectations—my fiancé was blown away by the ring and impressed by my knowledge of engagement rings, all thanks to Rina and her team for their guidance.
Rina goes above and beyond. While my ring was on order, she kept in constant communication to provide updates. When I realized the day before my proposal that I had ordered the wrong size, Rina had it resized on the same day! I’ve never experienced such exceptional customer service anywhere else.
Another thing to note is that this place doesn’t try to upsell, unlike most other jewelers I’ve visited. When I purchased the ring, they focused on finding something that suited my needs, not the most expensive option. Later, when I returned to buy a watch, Rina again helped me find the perfect fit at a great price. Nothing felt forced, which was a refreshing change from my past experiences.
Overall, 10/10. Thank you, Rina, and your team for all your help!
