Hafiz and the entire team at Boyd Auto were excellent throughout my repair process. From the moment I stepped in, Hafiz made me feel at ease and handled everything smoothly. The estimate was done quickly and accurately, and they worked hard to keep costs down. Communication was outstanding—he was always prompt, clear, and kept me updated. The repair itself was done perfectly; my vehicle looks brand new. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the experience and the work they did. Highly recommended.

Around 4 years ago, I had some body work completed by Boyd after my car was damaged while being towed. Recently, I noticed that there was some rust starting to develop in the area of the repair. Without hassle, Boyd agreed to fix the rust for me free of charge and even rented me a vehicle while the repairs were being completed. Boyd did a fantastic job repairing and repainting the damaged panel - it's like new. I did notice a few issues with the reinstallation of some parts. However, I brought that up with Sukh at Boyd, and he was very attentive in resolving those issues to my satisfaction.
Overall, I really appreciated how Boyd Yellowhead handled the situation. They took responsibility for the earlier repair, fixed the issue without any hassle, and made sure I was looked after throughout the process. Even when there were small things that needed attention, they took care of them quickly and professionally. It's good to know there are still shops out there that stand by their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to return if needed and highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and reliable auto body service.

The experience started out well, it was an approved business that my insurance provider recommended. The estimator was prompt in looking at my trucks damage, from an accident where I was run into. He told me he would have the estimate done, sent to me, as well as the insurance company within a day or so, now several days later after they tried booking the repair without even sending me the estimate, which again I was promised a copy by the estimator. So I called them back and asked for a copy of the estimate, they told me they were still working on it and the estimator would call me back. several hours passed with no call back, I again called them back and spoke with the other estimator that again said it was still getting worked on and that he wasn't the estimator working on it. I was eventually able to get a total repair cost from him, $4700 plus dollars, meaning estimate was done. Seems a bit fishy since they had already called to book the repair multiple times. All i wanted was to see the estimate, it wasn't even a at fault claim, why the run around to get a copy. Can't trust a company that promised a copy to my email and refused it to me stating is wasn't completed yet when it was already approved by by insurance company for the cost of the estimate.

I had my GMC Sierra repaired at Boyd Autobody in Edmonton after a recent accident, and I’m beyond satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, Sukhdeep and the front desk team especially the two other friendly staff members provided outstanding customer service. They were professional, courteous, and transparent about every step of the repair process.
The communication was clear and consistent, and they made sure I fully understood what was happening with my vehicle. The mechanics also did an exceptional job everything was repaired properly and with expert craftsmanship. The truck looks and drives like new again.
Huge thanks to the entire Boyd Autobody team for making a stressful situation so smooth and for going above and beyond. Highly recommend them for quality work and genuine care!

Unprofessional Manager, and Low quality Customer service, what a waste of time they’ve been holding my car over four months and lying to me every single day with fake hope and fake updates, they don’t really care about the customer’s at all.

Extremely Disappointing Service at Boyd Autobody and Glass on Yellowhead location.
I took my Car to this location which came recommended by my Insurance Company, Intact Insurance ( Blair Direct) , From the very beginning the Level of the Poor Communication and Failure to provide updates raised a serious concern.
The Repair took way longer than anticipated and the lack of effective communication made the process extremely frustrating.
Even after the lengthy repair, numerous visit had to be done to Correct the performed and missed repairs on the Vehicle.
The intent of this review is to Raise awareness for the masses and to know their Rights that they do not have to take the Insurance Company's Recommend Auto body shop and they have the right to choose their own Auto body shop for any repairs need to be done.
Insurance companies usually have their own dealings with these Specific Auto body shops and could not necessarily be looking after the Best Interest of their Clients. As long as the Repair meets minimum criteria.
In my case I have already expressed my Extreme Disappointment with this Recommended Boyd Autobody shop located at Yellowhead and my Disappointment with the insurance company and their Substandard Recommendation.
Hope this will help individuals.
