Our sales representative was Ted McFarlane who took us through the whole process from start to finish. He made many personal visits to my home to help me with tile choices and to oversee the work that was being done. We were also assisted greatly by Mia, the in-house interior designer. She guided me along on choosing paint colours, flooring selections, kitchen backsplash, and those little details that I never would have thought of. I could not have asked for a better team and without a doubt received the highest level of customer service. The cost was very competitive, quality of products were excellent, installers skilled and professional, and Ted and Mia were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this company.”
