Alain was the gentleman who came to repair my laminate floor and he is a magician!!! He replaced 2 damaged boards and you would never know he was here. Part 2 We purchased new floors for 2 rooms and chose After Eight Flooring for our purchase and installation. Lee helped us select our floors and did a fantastic job of choosing a color to go well with our existing floors. The product was installed properly and in a very timely matter by Peter and his co worker. The carpets were removed and all old material was looked after. The new floors were completed in one day and after the work was finished, everything was cleaned up. We appreciate the work ethic of this company and Peter, the installer. I highly recommend After Eight Flooring for all your Flooring needs; be it repair and/or replacement!! Staff from the seller, installer, service advisor and the girls at reception have all treated us royally and done excellent jobs! “I needed a very strong floor door stop for a commercial door, most made of pot metal, and this was the best place I found for supplying a wide selection of door stops manufactured from a variety of materials suitable for commercial. I chose the round stainless steel door stop.”

“I inquired about a truss package as this is my first build I really didn’t know the process. Nickiola reached out and gave me a estimate for a full framing package including cribbage, I was a bit overwhelmed looking at every single thing and he ensured me that if there was extra I could return because as an owner/operator of the build I waste a lot less then subcontractors. After a couple thieves tried to steal some of the material on site. He sent out a delivery driver Jake who hand loaded the extra that was on site (fyi Jake did an excellent job) so it wouldn’t get stolen.

So through the whole process Nikolai was there for my question and concerns even through the hiccups of construction that happens no where you go. I can’t wait to work with him again on my next project.

“Great to keep things that are perfectly serviceable out of the dump. Also, you can find some older tools that were built to last, unlike much if the pretty junk that is produced now, making the most out of lesser materials. Very much budget friendly.”

“Its a great place to find cheaper/used items. But some of the items for sale are over priced, so double check the price with a local store (can do a quick online search) before you buy.”

“Their website said they had all the sizes of drywall I needed in stock (needed a range of 8-12’ by 4 and 4.5). Turns out there were out of most 4.5 drywall though. However, the girl at the front desk (can’t remember her name) was very friendly and helpful. Picked up what was in stock and ordered the rest in.

In the yard, Sandy was the only person in today, and it was very busy. Although I could tell he was a bit stressed out and tired (who wouldn’t be!) he was friendly and efficient yet careful when loading.

Just a warning though, if picking up with a trailer, the yard is very tight so you better be good with maneuvering your trailer in tight spaces. Didn’t have any issues with my 25’ but it was definitely tight, within inches of vehicles, fences and pallets the entire time turning around (took a couple wiggles to get turned back around to leave)”
