these guys suck, never answer the phone when I need them and have no idea which type of inventory is coming in. The website being separate from the stores is very annoying and does not make for a pleasant experience

The inventory is not that great in South Common compared to the Leduc store or Cross Iron Mills and staff in south common overlook Indigenous ppl, racist much?! FYI remember whose land your on!

No customer service. Speaking to them is like talking to a robot. If you purchase anything make sure you try it on because if you return without a receipt it's like talking with a robot.

I always go to CK south common branch to shop, went there today to ask for job posting, met a girl and asked her to call a manager, she went and came back and said we are not hiring and gave me a coupon to apply online, I requested her to call a manager I can talk to, the manager told me the same thing which I appreciated. While I was leaving the store she made fun of me and said that she told me the same thing and doesn’t know what language I get. I turned back to say that it doesn’t hurt if I talked to a manager she started laughing at me . I left the store and called to ask her name the manager answered the call and put me on hold for more than 5 minutes and only thing I asked was her name he said Navjot. I don’t know if it’s the correct name or not, but so disappointed with how she treated me . FYI , not looking for my first job, already working in a well reputed business, was just searching for something part time

I purchased multiple pair of different coloured jeans from this location and the dye is abnormally coming off and revealing white blotches all over. It's really too bad because the jeans fit great but the overall quality is extremely subpar. I will never buy anything from this brand again.

While the deals, quality & clothes are all what you'd expect from CK, the staff is mostly unhelpful. The ladies I've used at the till were great, but the floor staff is lacking

A manager on location name Hassan was not cooperative at all.We were at location to exchange some merchandise bought from other CK location he completely denied the exchange.one day earlier at same location we exchanged the merchandise bought from other location. I did not get the concept of policy seems change everyday in this situation.Improve customer service. very disappointed
