Went to go grab a nice outfit today while they had their Black Friday sales. Store had opened at 10:30 and we were there shortly after opening. Literally as soon as we walked in the door we were told we cannot look around at a certain part of the store due to them needing to take pictures of their display. We let it go and let him take his picture. Once done we started walking a couple feet more into the store and were told to stop again and to not block the display. We let him take his picture twice as he wasn’t happy with the first one. Once done we thought ok let’s try this again. Nope… again he told us to get out of the picture for this 4th photo. Absolutely ridiculous for a store to ask a shopper to get out of their pictures and gate keep them from browsing the whole store. Why can’t the store do this before or after closing hours?? We left the store without buying anything and won’t be back anytime soon

I just visited the store today after its renovation
There was a lady at the store full blonde hair thin lady she was wearing a red cropped leather jacket today I don’t know her name
She was unnecessarily very rude to us
My aunt brought her things first and she said no for a bag
So when I brought my stuff she didn’t even ask for a bag then when I got reminded after my transaction was over she was very rude and said u said no for a bag
When I went to the trail room she was like u have a backpack I won’t allow it in the trial room because you can easily fit something and steal she was like leave your backpack outside I was like no it has my money and everything I cannot leave it outside luckily my aunt was with me so she took care of my bag but that lady was very rude even when I asked her the price for something she was like go check in the price checker

Really really bad service we wanted to return our hoodie and they took more then 1 hour because of there system error and they still couldn't do it so then they offerd us some store credits which we didn't wanted but ass they ware saying that they will get us the refund which they couldn't get then they forced us to take the store credits also the staff members was lying a lot because everytime we ask them how much time they use to just say 3 or 4 min and they couldn't do that in 1 hour so I don't recommended any one going there also it's really expensive other stores are better then this

Bad service!, I tried to return a jacket and a boxer for woman and they didn’t accept that any more. What a waist of time, unacceptable. They just lost a costumer for ten years.

The brand's standard is truly disappointing! I understand that staff have perks, but they should also recognize that when they bring friends, they represent the brand. I walked in with my family and kids only to witness a staff member and their friends using vulgar language and making racist comments right in front of my children. When I asked the cashier if they worked there, she confirmed that one of them did and it was his day off so he has come to purchase goods with his friends. I had no idea this was not a family-friendly establishment!

I bought a shirt from one of their other branch in Leduc but the size didn’t fit so i went the next day to south common to get a bigger size in same color and everything same. Asked the girl on counter that if this will shrink i will keep the original one otherwise i will get exchange. She said it 96% cotton and if you use dryer then it will shrink. I said ok so can i exchange then. She went back and called another guy who simply refused for exchange and said you have used it which i did not. I mean it’s the same shirt, same color and all i am trying to get is a bigger size. I didn’t asked them to refund me or anything but in fact just asked for an exchange. His customer service was terrible, may be he needs to be retrained on how to use the term LAST when it comes to customer service. I will rather go to another CK store than this one. And instead of apologizing or anything the girl just kept smirking and guy was saying nothing but kept on repeating that it has been used bla bla cant sell to customer. Terrible customer service. Never had same experience in the past at this store because the team was different that time.

Terrible service. Was looking for a medium sized sweater asking for assistance from one of their workers. She said they had no medium left and didn’t bother to help out or at least check in any sort of way. Few minutes after, I walked back to the section and found a medium sweater by myself after deciding to at least double check. Way to show your poor customer service that surely needs to improve. Store should hire better workers if their negative reviews have complaints about the terrible service.
