JUST 1 ITEM FROM CALVIN KLEIN YOU CANNOT GET THE LOYALTY DISCOUNT!HE CANNOT GIVE THAT SPECIFIC POLICY TO US.THE POLICY THAT HE SHOWED US IS WHEN YOU ARE BUYING 9 ITEM PER DEPARTMENT YOU CANNOT HAVE LOYALTY DISCOUNT. BUT THEN HE IS SAYING WHEN YOU ARE BULK BUYER AND IF I WILL BUY JUST 1 WE CANNOT GET THE LOYALTY DISCOUNT. WHAT THE HECK!IF YOU ARE READING THIS HASSAN I WILL MAKE SURE THAT I WILL REPORT YOU. I was shopping for my partner and was in need of assistance and Emily was very helpful and polite in assisting me in all my questions. As well as the cashier was very polite I would highly recommend others to shop here. 5 stars!

Very bad customer service. The lady on the till was talking on the phone, the duty of the customer service representative is if the customer is there she should have attended us or she should say wait few minutes but instead ignoring us she went to the other till talking on the phone, then the other guy saw what she did, noding his hand he came to us and helped us with our payment. He knew it too what happened.

Store isn’t too crowded or busy, however, it is a bit unorganized with clothes falling off the hangers. Staff will help you if you ask and will look in the back for sizes, but I wasn’t approached and asked if I needed help while shopping. Pretty large clearance section and most other items are marked down as well which is always nice.
