Very convenient location. I've been helped by some really nice pharmacists and postal clerks, including Jacalyn (apologies if I've misremembered her name tag spelling), who is always great. This review is sadly three stars because there is another lady who works in the post office who has been rude to me on two different occasions, and the most recent time is why I'm bringing this up.I came in to pick up two packages: one for my current address, and one that had been delivered to my old address. I brought with me: my drivers license (with my current address), a crystal clear picture on my phone of my old license (with my old address), and both of the notice cards.The employee refused to release the second package (with the old address) to me and said that "I cannot accept this because it isn't a physical form of ID", but then asked for a bill that had the old address on it. So... if I had printed off an old bill, that would work, but a picture of government issued photo ID isn't good enough? Also, you can see that the old license still wouldn't expire until 2025, as it's only "old" because I moved and updated my license; it even has the exact same picture that I used for the current one.Since it's illegal to carry physical copies of both, I thought that I had provided all of the necessary information to prove that I had once lived at the old address. If there is a legitimate reason behind her refusal, or if I had walked in with only a picture, then I would understand that she's following safety measures. However, I presented my physical, current license that matches all of the personal identification details on my old license, as well as the notice card that was in my name. And again, I was picking up a package for my current address too, so it isn't like I was trying to hide anything.She was arrogant and dismissive to me the entire interaction, which wasn't a surprise. I had shipped something a few months ago and she was the one working that evening. I don't have a lot of experience with being the sender, and at the end, I asked her what papers were okay to toss or keep. She scoffed at me and I was taken aback, but figured that she was having a bad day or maybe she didn't mean it. But after this latest interaction, it's clear that she's just an ill-mannered woman.I'm not going to publicly blast her name, but I hope that she improves her skills because I will have to come back to this location in the future (whether it's for the new or old address) and I don't know how to deal with her poor attitude.

The woman with the long grey hair was rude to me for no reason. Barking out orders and overall had zero customer service skills. Maybe replace her.

I came to returned my package One of the associates paged her and when she came back she was like you dont have to page me you can just leave your return package .Her tone and facial expression was unacceptable.Bad customer service.

If I could give it a zero star I would. This is the worst shoppers I have ever been to!! Everyone is so rude and always trynna start a scene. And OMG. Canada post worker there is so rude !?!?! She kept yelling at me about how I didn’t HAVE TAPE when she MADE ME OPEN MY PACKAGE!?!?!?!! Like what? So done. Never going here again. I even told the manager about the issues and literally said ok and walked away. So rude.

Canada Post is garbage. I sent my passport using express post but, they never sent my passport and they lost it. Beware of these scammers Guys. Use any other courier services.

I had to find out from the pharmacist that the post office put me on hold twice without answering the phone so that they could close for the day. Instead of taking 2 minutes to take my call and answer a question, they instantly put me on hold forever so they could close the shop. I couldn't have imagined such godawful customer service was even possible, then again it's Canada Post, so, par for the course.Hey, at least Canada Post is innovative - at finding ways to put shame to the words "customer service."

Been there for a pick up. Found a break notice on the countertop which mentioned nothing about when attendant is coming back. Waisted about half an hour on waiting. At least write a time that when you guys are coming back?
And the work timings on their website doesn’t mention about the break timings either. Avoid this place if you don’t want to waste your time.
