Vunny was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made purchasing a new fridge very easy.
He asked us what we wanted and only showed us those models. He gave us space to discuss. He sent us all the information via text/email because we needed to confirm measurements at home. We were able to text him later that day and complete the purchase with him sending us the payment link and helping us to schedule a delivery date. Excellent service!

When we walked into CAS we were ‘not attacked’ by sales folks. We walked around, quite a bit, before Atri kindly approached us. I had done my research and knew which stove brand I wanted, he knew these products. He talked about features, pricing. There was one I saw online and preferred. He walked us to that product. Perfect!
We sat down to purchase. Asked about discount and received 2% discount, as brand already discounted. Atri explained how delivery worked. Slick! Purchased Saturday with delivery scheduled Monday, really🤞 He also advised to check the product over thoroughly, as once you sign-off for the delivery, you have accepted it as is. Atri mentioned Extended Warranty. As we are not big fans, it made sense as he explained it. We bought.
Atri was a truly kind, interested, caring professional making us comfortable and understanding with our purchase and delivery process. Would refer purchasers to Atri at CAS to anyone looking for a great purchasing experience. Think we were only there maybe 15 -20 minutes. Do your research purchaser, impress your sales professional. Created a seamless purchase.

Baught a Washer at CAS and our Sales Rep AP was very friendly and helpful. The delivery went very smoothly. Delivery guys were friendly and within 15 minutes the old washer was gone and the new Washer installed. Would highly recommend CAS and will definitely go back in the future for more appliances.
