This company hires the kindest, most competent call handlers I’ve ever interacted with. I had to move our pod on short notice under a lot of pressure, so I probably wasn’t super fun to deal with, and yet every time I called Cubeit, I was treated so well and given lots of reassurance that it would all work out (and it did). Cannot recommend highly enough.

Booking a sea container and having it delivered from the old place to the new place was very easy/convenient and every customer care representative that I spoke to was very professional. The reservation process for a container was quick and painless. Prompt response when we requested changes to our account and drop off schedule. Will update this review after we receive the container and it is subsequently picked up.Update... container drop-off was straight forward and on time. Was messaged with a time when the container would be dropped off. Pick up of the container was straight forward too and customer service was very helpful when we wanted to re-schedule the pick up. Will definitely use their service again.
