When asking for help, the representative informed my son to bring his backpack to the front, and did not help him afterwards. And then proceeded to pat him down after he did not find what he was looking for because he was done in the store too quickly.

Worst place as they told me to keep my backpack outside while I was shopping.
Why they can't let customers know on the entrance
I was not able to go all way back to deposit my bag.
Staff is highly annoying. Kindly give them training for customer service.

Please consider reading reviews before booking an appointment here. I was very disappointed; it took nearly two hours for the technician to change just one tire. He seemed unsure about what tools or socket sizes to use.?

I had a very disappointing experience with Canadian Tire. Three months ago, I bought two tires for my Toyota Camry, and they got completely damaged, even though they were still under warranty. When I went to Canadian Tire, they told me to come back the next day to process the warranty claim.
The following day, they said they needed to inspect the tires, and I would have to wait for 3 to 4 hours. I agreed and waited for 3 hours. After their inspection, they offered me only 23% of the claim, and the price for new tires was double the original cost.

The manager and staff at this are very disrespectful! My father went in to buy a few things and one of the items was spray paint. He wanted to test the paint and intentionally got it on his finger and only his finger. An employee had told him once not to test the paint in store (keep in mind my father is not from Canada and english is not his primary language, I often have to translate for him). He acknowledged his mistake, complied and did not do it again. He then continued with his shopping list. 5-10 minutes later a second employee had approached my father and accused him of delibrately damaging property (no property was damaged), and asked him to leave the store. My father did not want to cause any issues so he complied and left the store. I later on went to speak with the manager and civilly discuss the matter with him and my father. The manager continued with the story that he was told by his employees and I suggested that they were either wrong OR lying. They then accuse my father of vandalism (implying that he is a vandal) and I explain to them the definition of vandalism and by definition my father is not a vandal nor did he commit vandalism because no property was damage (Merriam-webster definition of vandalism: willful or malicious destruction or defacement of public or private property.) and he was going to pay for the product that he sprayed his finger with.
They clearly disrespected and humiliated a man who is limited in the English language and could not understand or defend himself. I have been going to this location for over 20 years and I will not be coming back.
