Why do you even have options on your website to provide a signature and allow them to leave a package if your drivers aren't going to listen OR you dont communicate with your drivers??? I've been trying to get a TV for two weeks and had the misfortune of Canpar being the courier. Canpar broke the first one, and the second one I provided EXPLICIT instructions to leave it at the door! I accepted the risk and signed my name. We are in a safe neighbourhood. But no. They said I wasn't home and they'll try again Monday. When I'm at work and also won't be home, no doubt.
From now on when I'm buying things online I'm going to explicitly ask that Canpar not be used. Why? Because I want my items 1) On time and 2) Not broken.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. They've missed the deadlines EVERY TIME!!!
They say on tracking that the order is out for delivery by end of day. When's end of day? 11:59 pm?
I wait for over an hour after closing and they still don't show up. The driver returns to the depot because his shift is over but he's missed the delivery to me 2 days in a row and this isn't the first time this has happened. They used to be reliable but NO MORE!
What a bunch of inept, useless people.
DON'T USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!

I had a bed experience regarding my packages, even they didn't call me, or I didn't get any kind of massage regarding delivery. Even whenever I called them, they didn't give me proper ans and even reply me properly throughout their chat robot. It was not done yet, I do work from home since from last week, nd I got the status regarding my parcel that consignment was not deliver because the person is not available at the address which is mention on the package. Finally at the end I had to go for pick up, they didn't even try to deliver again. The worst service I had ever in my life...

Failed to deliver on time and was left waiting all day Friday as a signature was required, waited until Monday to call as they don’t work on weekends. They didn’t bother to update the tracking info as to why it wasn’t delivered or provide an updated date of delivery. Had to call in to get an update, but was still left waiting until they could contact dispatch, hopefully package will be delivered soon. Compared to other delivery services they are leagues behind in terms of transparency. Do better!

I dealt with an associate named Martha Wormald. I was completely frustrated, and was unable to connect with someone who was able to assist me, until I got in touch with Martha. From the time she answered my call, she took charge of the situation in a very professional and confident manner, assured me that she would do anything and everything possible to get the required response that I needed, and stood by the company name, satisfaction, and that clients are always fully taken care of through Canpar! Martha went out of her way to continue my assistance during her lunch break, and got the results I needed far before her shift was done. Martha Wormald is an asset to Canpar and far exceeds her role that she is currently in, solely based on my interaction with her today, which far exceeded my expectations! I hope that with this review Canpar will recognize her strengths, and dedication to the company, and act accordingly.

Canpar has picked up our customer's order in Calgary.
Canpar has taken that order to Lethbridge.
The customer lives in Nanton Alberta, 1 hour away from Calgary.
Lethbridge is 2.5 hours away from Calgary.
Canpar thinks the customer should drive 1.5 hours to Lethbridge to pick up their order.
I've been waiting for 45 minutes for a response on their support chat.

These guys are like Air Canada of the delivery industry. They NEVER deliver the package on time and they ALWAYS make up an excuse as to why.

Worst experience ever. These are some of the things that go wrong with them:
1. Their support team is disconnected from the delivery team.
2. Packages sent on the same day arrive on different dates.
3. Packages get delayed without explanation.
4. Packages come broken with damaged goods inside.
I cannot believe that they are working in Canada

Worst delivery experience I have ever had. I would advise all companies steer clear of can par for their shipping needs as it will only frustrate your customers. Package was slated to be delivered on the 11th by end of day. Since I was not going to be homenfor the delivery and signature was required, I requested it be shipped to a safe drop location on the website days in advance. No confirmation provided that this was requested. Package did not make it to the city that day for delivery and I was home the following day. Could not cancel that redirect request. And the package did not get sent to my home or the safe drop site despite the tracking stating end of day again. The following day the package has still not made it to the safe drop site and now 3 days late for a delivery that originated from a city only 6 hours away.

After a 25 minute hold some body picked up the phone and told me that they are not able to track the package and she hanged up. Worst coustomer service.

Was aggressively cut off by truck number 227180. There was an accident on the highway and instead of waiting the driver decided to cut out without signal

I planned my week around this delivery and waited ALL day for my package because this company requires a signature for zero reason.
I ordered a $90 textbook yet I ordered my other one for $150 and Amazon does not require a signature ?
I waited around for nothing and just spend 30 minutes on hold trying to get ahold of someone who can tell me an approximate time for delivery today as I cannot wait around all day again, no one answered and the call was disconnected. There is no way you guys are that busy at the start of the day ?
Either state where pick up will be on the tracking details or give accurate information so people aren't wasting their whole day.
