Excellent experience dealing with CANstar lights. From the quote, to the install, to the support afterwards, they were amazing. I love the amount of customization I can do with my new lights, plus they are super bright. The app to control them works well. And yeah, would highly recommend to anyone looking for permanent lights.

Have had my lights for 6 months so far, and love them so much! they walked me through how to change over the wifi when I changed our internet, and the updates to the app where there is more automation for when my favourite hockey team is playing is fantastic! So well thought out. Everyone has been friendly and fast to help any time there’s an issue and I would recommend them 100%!
The pre-programs are perfect. And the new app is glorious!

Great service! We reached out to them because we had some issues restarting the lights this year. They called back on the weekend multiple times, trouble shooting the issue until it came on. Definitely recommend them.

I have an unknown brand of decorative outdoor lights on my house in Beaumont. A section of the lights came loose in the winds we have had. I called 6 places to have somebody fix them but nobody would come out. I called Pragnesh at Canstar and he quickly understood my problem and agreed to help. Two business days later his crew of 3 guys came to fix the strip. They arrived at 8:45 pm!! And had if fixed in 20 minutes. Thank you Pragnesh and the three guys that fixed my lights.

This is an outstanding company to deal with. We learned about them from our son who had a contract with them and who raved about their staff (Pragnesh, a co-owner),their service, and their product . After having them install the lights and giving us an inservice on operating the system,we completely concur. They have clearly earned their 5-star rating!
