I recently purchased a new Yukon Denali Ultimate from Capital GMC and had an excellent experience working with Munish. From start to finish, he was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the options. He answered all my questions clearly, never pressured me, and made the whole buying process smooth and stress-free.
Munish went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready on time and that I was comfortable with my purchase. It’s not always easy finding a salesperson who is honest, responsive, and genuinely helpful, but he definitely delivered.
Highly recommend asking for Munish if you’re visiting Capital GMC — great service and a great overall buying experience!

The staff at this establishment is truly exceptional, especially Manish and Goldie, who provided an outstanding offer on my recent acquisition of a GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation. Their demeanor was consistently friendly and accommodating. They are dedicated to securing the most favorable terms for your purchase, including any desired accessories. My experience with them was highly positive. Manish, in particular, demonstrated exemplary service in addressing my needs and was a pleasure to work with. The salesperson Gene was very good to deal with, but it was like pulling teeth trying to get warranty information from Maulikkumar and he wouldn't send me pricing until i told him i would just get a 3rd party warranty elsewhere. Also pretty disappointed they didn't disclose the vehicle was previously owned by a smoker and instead covered up the smell with a strong car freshener smell which wore off after a couple days leaving the gross smoke smell behind; may end up having to sell it if i cant get smoke smell out. would have rated a lot lower if not for Gene.

We were very pleased with the service Munish provided at Capital GMC. We purchased three vehicles with him within a year, and each experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Munish was knowledgeable, honest, and always made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be back and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great vehicle-buying experience.

Extremely disappointed with the service department. I dropped my truck off for a scheduled appointment on Jan 23, only to be told later in the day that they were too busy and I had to rebook.
I accepted this and rebooked.
The same thing happened again on Jan 30 — dropped off in the morning, called in the evening, and was told they were too busy to complete the work.
If you cannot accommodate appointments, they should not be booking them. Poor planning and a complete disregard for customers’ time.

I had the pleasure for the second time dealing with Steve the Sales Representative. Steve went above and beyond in assisting with everything that I needed. He even transferred the hard tonneau cover over and moved all my personal items from the box of the 2024 2500HD AT4 truck to the new 2026 2500HD AT4X truck. His genuine care for the customer is a rare find in this day and age where many establishments seem to forget the importance of customer care. He is extremely knowledgeable with the product and is also extremely polite and professional is his way of conducting business. He has followed up with me to ensure things are good. He is an asset to the Company and is well deserving of Gold and if possible should be upgraded to a higher level. All in all an excellent 5 star individual and have and will continue to recommend him for future clients.

I purchased a used GMC Yukon from this dealership, which was delivered to my residence. Due to cold weather, I plugged the vehicle in on the night of delivery. The following morning, upon starting the vehicle, the engine sounded unusually harsh. Based on this, I suspected the block heater was not functioning.
I tested the block heater cord using a multimeter and received an open circuit reading, indicating a fault. I promptly contacted the dealership and reported the issue. An appointment was scheduled, requiring a three-hour drive from my location to the dealership.
After waiting approximately one and a half hours, I was advised that the issue had been resolved and that the vehicle was “all good.”
Today, with the ambient temperature at -34°C, the vehicle failed to start despite being plugged in for approximately five hours. I was required to boost the vehicle to start it, at which point the check engine light illuminated. I again tested the block heater cord with a multimeter and once more received an open circuit reading.
At this point, it is unclear what repairs or corrections were performed during my prior visit, as the original issue remains unresolved. This was my second visit, and I provided the dealership an opportunity to correct what may have been an issue. Unfortunately, the same problem persists, resulting in a no-start condition during extreme cold weather.
Given the distance traveled, the time involved, and the ongoing unresolved issue, this experience has been highly disappointing.

Parts department. Ended paying more for a part when confirmed over the phone once arrived charged extra.
