Amazing service.
My Hyundai needs the bumper loosened/removed to change a headlight bulb! Canadian Tire's quote was crazy. CARSTAR came in way cheaper.
They smartly suggested changing all bulbs on both sides while the bumper was down. They only added the cost of the bulbs (cheap), no additional labour! Now I have peace of mind.
Great service. Great suggestions. They are now my go to.

I had a great experience at Car Star Express. I arrived late for my appointment and was met with understanding and professionalism. The shop was clean and welcoming, and the service was prompt and honest. The technician clearly explained what could and couldn’t be done, and handled the repair quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated the helpful attitude and the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Carstars was recommended to me for a PDR repair, when I brought it in for estimate I was provided detailed information of how the repair would be done. The tech even noticed a small door ding that he said would be fixed for free. Other shops said they needed to drill holes or go thru the window seal which did not go well with me. After repair I noticed a piece of weatherstriping that was loose. It could have been repaired but instead they replaced the whole piece. The repair itself was outstanding for a PDR and only needed a few hours. Would highly recommend Carstars Express South.

We were so pleased with the whole experience. They were the first to reply for to our request for quotes, were the mostly responsive and their service through the experience matched that. We can’t tell that there was ever any damage so very happy.

I had a long story of a really bad experience with a dealer who damaged a car I purchased before delivery and tried to cover up the repair.
Carstar express worked with me, was extremely helpful, gave me all the information I needed and was really patient and kind as I dealt with figuring out what the heck to do.
They ended up repairing my car *properly* and giving me the info I needed to settle things with the dealer.
And all for an absurdly low price, I felt actually bad for how little the invoice showed.
I would 1000000% recommend going to this place.

My experience with Carstar Express has been great, right form the start. The young man I met was very pleasant and was definitely knowledgeable. He clearly explained what would be done and what the end result would be. They did an admirable job, as explained and on time. I highly recommend this business.

Jayme explained clearly what the would be doing to my car. He found a usable right back door in 3 days. Dropped car off on Monday morning and it was completed Thursday afternoon. Looks great! As well he had a couple of paint chips close to the damage tidied up . Highly recommend for quality work, personalized service and experience. Thanks Jayme and staff.
