I wanted to purchase high quality gloves for my toddlers to wear at School. Something that is waterproof and not flimsy. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, they had so many fun options and animals.
Yes they were a bit more than I planned on spending, but they were having a sale and the price at the till was 2/3rds of what I thought it was going to be.
Next time I go, I will take more time to look at the cute Christmas outfits and trademarked items. I saw some cute grinch and bluey shirts by the check out.
The store was very clean and kids were dancing in the aisles to the music playing. It was so much fun to see.
The staff was friendly and helpful and encouraged a donation to a children's charity. When I donated they gave me a free gift box to wrap my purchases in. It was so thoughtful.
I will definitely be back.

This store is absolutely great! Most of the staff is very helpful, especially one. The blond lady, not sure of her name. Super helpful and so bubbly. My only downtake of this store which may affect my visits, is one employee. Erica is rude to her staff in front of customers. It's unacceptable to a point of how did she get the job. If I have to deal with her in the future, well that will be a lost sales day for Carters. She's gotta go.

This place is always very neat and clean, sometimes you get good deals depending on store.We love to shop here.They also have very convenient online pick up as well which we mostly prefer.Happy shopping for your little one.

Pathetic staff and pathetic services. I used to always come here for shopping but seems like they don’t want customers anymore. They don’t even let our little ones to use washroom and it’s happened one time it happened every time. And when we confront the staff they don’t even have appropriate answers. They are very rude. I wish I can give them 0 stars. Not going on this location anymore ?very very disappointed with their services .

Product is good enough. Prices are good if there’s a sale.Customer service is a hit or miss.There’s currently a lady who lacks people skills and shouldn’t be in customer service. But I’ve had sales associates talk to me who also have been very helpful.

I had gone in to ask a particular staff for a discount coupon but turned out she was not there that day. Anyway another supervisor asked if she could help, this particular lady was very friendly & helpful and assisted me with my request. I will definitely shop there again?
