They put a new sreen protector on my z fold 5's inner screen and the outer screen, which want well. But then the protector on the outer screen came off. I asked to get it replaced, which he did, and then charged me $25. When I asked about a warranty, he said that the screen protector was so reasonably priced because there was no warranty. I do not recommend.

This shop delivers very poor customer service. Incompetent and unprofessional staff. I went to this store 3days ago for Samsung screen protector and case for my wife . The two incompetent guys greeted me when I entered the store. I asked them to give me phone protector and he showed me. I told him to give me another one. The guy upset just for this. 😂. I told him again I don’t want this screen protector change for me please. Then he said if you want to buy here buy now otherwise leave the store. He also said we don’t care if you buy or not. I said what?? You guys do some money laundering here ? How did you don’t care to sell your products to customers. I joked on him 😂😂.
Anyway this place is the worst phone repair shop in the mall. I don’t recommend here for my people.

Asked for the lens to be replaced and made it very clear the camera had to be dusted out. The camera was then sealed with the new lens with dust in it. He said the camera functions fine. I said I wasn't happy about it and that I was clear about it prior. he then said, "You need to replace it entirely if you don't want dust in it." So I just paid 95.00 for something entirely unsatisfactory, or I would have to pay hundreds to him for new cameras.

Bought a screen protector for $50ish and had them install it just over two weeks ago (16 days specifically) and it's absolutely ruined. Coming up in the corners and along the edges, which made it get caught on my pocket and shatter one corner of the protector.
Went back to get it replaced as per the owners reply and they were lovely. Appreciate them going above and beyond. Sounds like the one I had issues with was a factory defect

Worst quality service, They changed my broken s22 with a cheap quality screen, and I paid $270 .I didn't drop my phone this cheap fake screen Stop working for no apparent reason in the first week. then I took it back to the store since I have one year warranties. After 10 min argument, they told me that they can't do anything for me. definitely, this guys shouldn't be in business. It's the worst place ever pls....Avoid this place ?
