Chapters location is always great! Went to find some books for my daughter and with the time frame I was inside, I was greeted at the door and had 4 different employee's check in with me to see if I needed any help. Great to see customer service isn't completely dead like many other businesses.

As always a lovely store. However, today I purchased an item from a table that advertised a sale price of $12.00 from the $14.99 sticker price. After I had left the store having purchased the item, I noticed the $14.99 price sticker was on top of another price sticker. When I peeled it off, the sticker underneath - the actual original price - was $12.00. Obviously I need to be more careful but this seems like very smarmy business practice.

Full sized Chapters. Nothing new about it. I’m from a different province and this reminds me of the Chapters back home. Nice, solid, reliable and full of books. Staff were easily identifiable although I didn’t interact with any, they seemed nice. Cost of books have definitely gone up though. Boo!
