If google could have zero stars this place takes the cake. Standing in line behind 8 people and only 1 person behind the counter for over 20 minutes. I have been banking with this CIBC for over 25 years and this is the worst I have ever seen a bank manage its staff. The business line doesn't even take regular people! Feels like CIBC doesn't care for the customers anymore when you show up at a bank and expects you to do everything online or at the ATM. Pick up the slack CIBC cause the credit unions seem to be catching up with customers.

I never see any bank like this place.I went to pay my bill already 3 times. And I could not only 1 staff work.I told all my friend and who ever I know,don't go there open account or anything..Very bad service..

I am Cibc client since 2016, my advisor- Jasnoor is the best,. She has wealth of knowledge, i would like to refer other clients to her. She is very professional, dedicated to her work and provides prompt service. I trust on her service totally.

Big Thanks to Mr Pawan Chawlani to make my experience with CIBC exceptionally good one’s again. Personally I think Canadian banking procedures and time management have to go long way but with the excellent staff, I guess sometimes it can be overlooked.

Garbage service from agent Jasnoor Virdi
Her manager refused to meet me because her massive mistake and rudely told me come again in one year.
The staff includes her manager abused my concern and didn’t help me although they are the reason of the false information and don’t have accurate answers.

This bank should train their staff (Afshana) in procedures, two critical mistakes, caught by the customer, otherwise it would have been very embarrassing at our lawyers office when purchasing our home. And to top it off, I was told they’d wave the fees of the bankdraft for the inconvenience, yet when I got home and checked my account, they removed the $9.99. Brutal service and they lie. Avoid this location.

I could give 0 star if I can. Been waiting for an hour and we have 12 people in line with 1 teller. Most of the clients are seniors too. Cant stand up that long. How can you run business like this. I will take both my business and personal account somewhere else!

Tried to get through on phone many times, left messages.
Finally called 1 800 number, they sent email for anybody with a pulse to call me.....
Nobody ever did.
CIBC has terrible standards for staff.
Zero Stars.

This branch has abysmal customer service. These people are so lazy and do not care about the client. Cibc in general is a horrible service to do business with. May look at banking with a branch more dedicated to client care this branch is a joke!

Ive been in line for 45 minutes waiting to speak to a teller. So slow and they do not hire more for busy days. Way too slow and theres a lineup behind me, 8 ppl. Cmon cibc, get your stuff together.
