I had bad experience this branch. Especially bank employee(paramvir dhillon), She did bad job in helping my bank account that I still didn’t my credit card. It’s been more than 3 weeks and getting no response from her. She’s not responding my call or voicemail.
Very bad experience.

This branch is the worst I have ever visited. The staff are utterly useless. Every time I visit, there are 7 people waiting and only 1 person behind the counter, even with only a few members coworking. There is no sense of urgency to deal with the customers first. I'm not even sure what the branch manager does. Negative star

horrible service, asked the branch manager to get my card issue resolved and call me back, she told me I had to wait on an email but she could've called and had my issue resolved in minutes with a quick call, now I lost a bit of money because of her. Useless, DO NOT RECOMMEND

Very unhappy staff. The staff is very proud and they are not welling to help. They speak like if we are dump. I went there because I lost my wallet.
Worst experience but when I went to TD bank the staff was so polite and nice that for a second I forgot my worries and worst experience in CIBC bank.

One teller working only, poor branch management
Today is month end, one teller open and 4 persons in the line and they are staffs sitting in their office doing nothing, this branch serves is terrible ?, I am surprised they don’t fix it

Not suprised to see so many bad reviews about this location. On Saturday June 15 2024 went to get my card because my wallet was lost . East indian girl was kept on saying No No we cant help you like computer. She was saying she needs physical ID card. My question is time they want me to have their credit card they dont need anything physical they were ready to give my credit card on phone .Y? Because it was about their benifits.
Will change the Bank for sure. I dont recommend this place to anybody with their hardworking money.
I asked for store manager. She simply said you have to make an appointment.
