I bought a visa credit card from there for $175, I was going to use it and it was locked. I called customer service and they said someone had activated it and ordered some items from it and locked the card after. I had to wait a month before I received any money, I didn't receive all the money, all they gave me was $120 back. I would recommend that no one buys visa credit cards from there. My grandchildren said that they always get over charged for their purchases also.
