The Walmart Supercentre is located at 37 Avenue and 40 Street. A large grocery and clothing store provides clothing and footwear for women,men, and children, fresh vegetables and fruits, and prepacked products such as meat and bread, no deli or bakery in the store. Other products such as kitchenware, sport equipment seasoning garden products, and pharmacy are also available. Parking spaces are available, and some of the spaces are designated for people with special needs and for pregnant women. The store has a return and exchange policy, and the staff are caring and friendly.

Went to Best Buy and they treated us great! AWSOME customer service and had the best price in the city for the 75” TV that I purchased!!!

Visited Mark's, plenty of free parking, very clean and well-laid out store, friendly helpful young man assisted me looking for a pair of work boots which were on sale. Cashier was very informative and friendly. Will be back.

Not a very walkable town centre - considering it's right next to the LRT station and no considerations for foot traffic.
There is no side walk/ crossing coming into the superstore, and pedestrians have to wave their own way through. I'm sure drivers aren't too happy with this fact either.
Needs a coffee shop..
