I have always enjoyed shopping at Cleo. Starting from Reddeer few years back. Now I shop at Cleo West Edmonton mall with their friendly and efficient staff. I receive emails from Cleo with the weekly sales. Also, enjoy the display of fashions on how to coordinate different peices of outfits. The points collection helps reduce the cost of purchases. Also, the few days of price check gives back if the price of item has reduced after the purchase. Love to shop at Cleo often.

A store representative greeted me and was very courteous and helpful throughout the process. Thank you, Michelle!The store was neat and clean. The only constructive feedback is in regards to the merchandise itself. A bit mire colour,, please. It may be cold in Canada, but it would be wonderful to see more coloured clothing.

My experience at Cleo in West Edmonton mall was very good. The sales lady was nice and helped me find the item I was looking for that I saw on the Cleo website. I was not interrupted while I was checking out other items. She was so helpful and did not try to sell me other items.

The customer service at Cleo is always excellent! Yesterday was no exception. Thanks for the friendly staff who greet you when you come in, check to see how your shopping is coming along and then thank you for your business when checking out. It’s refreshing, compared to other stores.

I accompanied someone for an online exchange. The jacket was too big, the lady that assisted us (I belive her name was Audrina, sorry if I didn't spell it right)Not only was she polite and professional but she went above and beyond for us. Outstanding customer service.

The quality of the clothes are very good. Love the selection and that they carry a petite selection. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this location
