The staff was very unprofessional, rude, and quite disgusting in their behavior. Teenager came in asking about a job and they proceeded to make fun of her after she left, mentioning how they don't hire children and they're too young for the job anyways. They also mentioned how they should look somewhere lesser for a job, specifically mentioning superstore.Horrible experience. Truly terrible staff.

They had the exact book instore that I was looking for. However I don't like their website since you cannot search the whole city for items, only individual stores which is annoying to Change locations then re-search each time.

Placed an online order for a product on their website. Order was prepared and I soon received an email to pick it up. Picking up the order was quick and hassle free.

The store is only small but has a decent selection, my review is actually about the lady that helped me, she was an older lady (purely compared to the other staff on that visit) with short hair. She was absolutely brilliant, super helpful and patient

There is a Lady that has been working there for a long time and she is always ready to help, today I asked her about a very specific book by tony Robbins and she took the extra time to try to find it. Cuz the book was taken out of circulation too soon (after thr release) its extremely hard to find. Anyway because she went the extra mile to help me I decided to buy a book(that I didnt really intend to buy) as a way to show chapters indigo how extra revenue could be brought to the biz cuz of amazing cust serv like the one I received today. Congrats Cole chapters indigo for having such dedicated staff trying to help customers
