If you are considering this service at all, even a little bit, DO IT.I cannot overstate how much easier it is to manage multiple customer and vendor shipments in and out with CSS. They have simplified what used to be a very annoying part of my workload down to just keystrokes! I just might be their biggest fan!! I truly love this service and how much easier they make my life. Fantastic team of super nice people who all seem like they truly love what they do, always going above and beyond for their clients, always ready with a solution for any situation and any kind of shipment.

Needed details for a shipment coming from Edmonton to Ontario, emails were a bit confusing looking like they didn't reread their emails( mentioning dates that had long past) but did give me an estimated arrival at the port. Requested an update and they decided to stop responding to my emails.
