Bought tires and winter rims ($1500) Made an appointment to have them installed. The tires weren't delivered in tme (2 weeks) so had to rebook. Appointment was for 4:30. It's now 6:30 and my truck still isn't ready. I was told its because it's slushy out and they have to be careful. My dad owned a tire shop - 2 bays - and if he took 2 hours for each customer, we would have been in the poor house.

The service was quicker compared to Costco Winterburn, and the lady at the front desk was much friendlier. I was almost completely happy with the service—until I noticed that one of my rims had been scratched. It’s disappointing because the other Costco team handled my winter tire switch last season without causing any damage. I really wish they had been more careful, as I believe this could have been avoided..

What a waste of time. I ordered Michelin CC 2 tires, and after three days, I received a notice that my order was canceled due to missing stock. I ordered different tires and booked another appointment. A few days before the appointment, I received an email confirming that my tires were ready for installation. However, just before the appointment, I received a call stating that my tires were still not available and that I would need to reschedule, which is quite inconvenient as the waiting time keeps increasing. Very frustrating experience. Not recommended.

I waited for wheels for two weeks, made an appointment, they called late in the evening the day before the appointment, they said there are no wheels, wait for us to call you. no discount or any compensation was given, they said if you want to take the money back. This is very rude and impolite. a year before that, I took Bridgestone Alveserne tires, do not order the wheels because Bridgestones traveled only 50,000 kilometers and no warranty helped. a tire on the wheel of a bald man

I was in today to get a tire repair due to a slow leak, I dealt with Raine at the service desk. Raine has some of the best customer service skills and was able to help me with a solution. I could not have been happier and this guy truly deserves a raise as he is the reason I will keep coming back!

Went in to get my tires put on and everything went well with the actual installation. In their notes, and when I picked up my keys/car they told me my locknut would be in my cup holder however I found it in my trunk behind my old set of tires. was not impressed

Went in for a battery return, great experience no hassle, they looked up my purchase as I couldn't find the receipt. Quick and easy .

Fantastic service! Fit my car in without an appointment because of an annoying feature of blinking interior lights while running when a tpms unit isn’t working. Made a mistake installing the new one (that I already had) but *completed acknowledged it right away* when I brought it back the same day. Under $20 total! (No charge the second time). Incredible! The people at this place are wonderful.Also, for the few customers that came in and were mean, please recognize how inexpensive their service is already, treat the employees with respect, and don’t look for an even better deal.

They charged me for a repair, they couldn’t do the repair but wouldn’t refund me the money as they claim the money is to look at the tire? Ridiculous, won’t be back!

You have to book an appointment at least a month before and arrive 15 minutes early. So you arrive on time and they ask you to wait almost 3 hrs for a seasonal tire change. They said they were short on staff, really at this time of the year?
