I've never cared to do a review until now. I strongly recommend not using this company to fix your vehicle. There has been nothing but problems and the customer service is poor. My truck has gone back five times since having it.

It's not a service, it's complete rubbish. After the accident, the insurance company sent the car to this service for repairs. Some of the work is low quality. And the other part of the work has not been done, since the service has been waiting for spare parts for four months and feeds them with breakfast. Bypass this service tenth way.

We used Craftsman at the recommendation of our Insurance company, they got us in right away and kept us well informed at every step. The repairs were perfect and done ahead of schedule, and the clean job they did? My 4 year old car looks brand new! 100% would recommended, just hope we never have to use them again.Services: Body & Trim

Had body work done after collision with aftermarket parts which is fine for cosmetic work except muffler system was damaged and the aftermarket muffler was so noisy from inside the vehicle it was unbearable to tolerate. They then installed an original OEM muffler which fixed the problem except I was charged a betterment fee which I think is wrong as they are the ones that went out to obviously a cheap supplier and bought a unsatisfactory muffler system and before ordering it did not say anything about a betterment fee.I first went into the office the day they were installing the replacement the manager or his assistant wouldn't even acknowledge me.I went back after the installation and the same reception no acknowledgement or no thank you for my business or nothing.I will never go back and I tell my friends and other acquaintances about my story and they to say thanks and will never patronize the establishment.

My repairs were two years ago so perhaps things have changed however, if you’re with Intact Insurance they will recommend this shop. Our Infiniti was damaged front and back getting a hold of someone when getting repairs is extremely difficult and our requests were completely ignored.the repairs were at a junior level with the car parts fitting poorly after the repair. I’ve never had to deal with a claim before but now I know where not to go.Services: Body & Trim

Should get zero stars.... No parking, I came for estimate for headlight damage and they photographed the interior of my car and hatch area.. Felt like invasion of privacy... And in the end, month later, still never got my quote... I'll be taking my car to different collision repair shop, and I'll advise my insurance company not to recommend them again as they failed at the basic minimum requirements.

I have been working with craftsman collision for years, as a supplier they are wonderful to do business with, and we'll respected in the automotive body repair business. Deanna is top notch! 5 stars for this shop!

After an awful experience with Craftsman Collisions / Distinctive Auto Works, I cannot in good faith recommend this company. In my opinion, they were inconsiderate and unprofessional, and I will not be going back. One of their employees broke my key fob and the company refuses to pay for a new one. To repair what they broke is going to cost an estimated $400 -$600, which is more than the cost of the wheel they repaired. If I hadn't gone here, I would have saved money. To top it off, they let my lights stay on and let my battery die, sent my estimate and information to the wrong person, and they did not wear masks when speaking to me in the business. On November 3, I brought my car in for a wheel replacement to Craftsman Collisions/Distinctive Auto Works. I gave my keys to a tow truck and they delivered the keys on the same day with the car to Craftsman Collision. The tow truck company and its driver attest the keys were intact when they handed them over. I have it in writing from the tow company owner that the keys were intact. I watched him use my non-fob key to move the car. He claims he did not use the fob key at all. On November 10, after paying for the work done at Craftsman and heading back out to my car, I found not only a dead battery (my car refused to start), but the broken half of my key fob on the side of my dashboard. They had given me my keys when I paid but neglected to tell me that the key fob was now broken, and that they left the other half on my dashboard for me. Whoever had last driven my car had left the lights on, killing the battery. They did not apologize for the delay and brought someone out to jump my car. They had said my car was "drivable" when I paid. However, I was not able to drive it out of the parking lot until they jumped it. I had to wait for 30 minutes for the car to recharge, which inconvenienced me as I was late for an appointment. Regarding the broken key fob, I brought it back to the shop and inquired why it was broken. The Manager for Distinctive Auto Works did not answer my question of if someone at Craftsman/DAW broke my fob. He did, however, say several times "you don't have proof we broke it". He asked if I had a photo of the keys before I brought them in. I said no. He said "then you have no proof." I didn't think to take a picture of my keys before I handed them over as "proof" they were intact. But who would think to do that? Is it my fault I didn't take a picture before handing them over? Is this the norm for service at Craftsman Collision and Distinctive Auto Works? Should I endeavour to bring my camera with me before dropping off my vehicle to ensure it's no worse than when it came in? In the end, the Manager admitted he would be willing to cover half of the cost of the labour and the cost of the part. I refused to pay for any of the key fob replacement, as I did not break the key. I do not have money to shell out for more repairs let alone hundreds of dollars of damage that I should not have to pay for. Also, if none of their technicians broke my key, why would they offer to pay at all? In my opinion, I cannot recommend this location for its concerning lack of professionalism. If you have no other choice, please take pictures of your vehicle and keys beforehand, as their Manager, will not assist you unless you have "absolute proof", as shown from my experience. Moreover, the Assistant Manager of Craftsman Collisions also initially sent my estimate - which had my personal information - to the wrong email. He did not apologize. Someone out there now has my information. Businesses should endeavour to keep their customers' information private and should take care in making sure they have the correct address. Careless behaviour of employees is not the mark of a professional, well-run business, in my opinion. Both the Assistant Manager and Manager did not wear masks while speaking to me, violating CMOH Order 44-2021.

They were absolutely amazing. Steve and Deanna (the manager) blew me away with their service. I had a problem with the rental company while they fixed my car, and they took all the stress and worry from my hands and dealt with it all on my behalf. Absolutely phenomenal.I couldn't recommend them more.

Deanna was absolutely lovely to deal with. Professional and quality work is what i got. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle to come here. I would never be able to recognize that my car ever had a dent on it. They even took the time to detail my car when the work was all done!

I recently needed some bodywork done on my truck, due to rust from previous bodywork. From the moment I called Craftsman Collision, in West Edmonton, I was given the red carpet treatment, and professional service. The staff arranged for me to have a rental vehicle, since I live an hour from Edmonton. I was picked up right away by Hertz, and given updates on the progress of my truck repairs as they worked on it, so there was no surprises. This great service continued when I came back to the city to pick up my truck. The repairs on my truck were excellent, and my truck looks brand new!!!I highly recommend Craftsman Collision, West Edmonton, for their professional service, and quality of workmanship!

Great service here. Had my vehicle in same day as the accident and set me up with a ride to a car rental company to get my loaner. Thorough inspection and what needed repairs/replacement and had the vehicle back to me in a few days with a brand new bumper cover. They would have had this completed sooner but had to wait on parts which was out of their control. Extra points for going the extra mile and cleaning the vehicle inside and out. Deanna was super friendly and helpful and would recommend seeing her to others.
