Excellent gym..The coaches really helped me push and challenge myself to improve. Great team atmosphere. Alot more fun and engaging then I was expecting. Very happy to have joined.

I was there for a competition. They were excellent at keeping the event going and on time. The hosts were awesome. Great facility.

Best Crossfit gym in Edmonton, if you're new the city this is the place to be. Great coaching, brand new equipment and elite programing for the classes!
