Me and my mom ordered some fries and chicken strips from this location and that night and the next day I had the worst food poisoning of my life had to miss 3 days of work i can sure say i will never ever eat anything from here again.

Excellent experience as always. I love the buster bar and poutine.Tip: Poutine sauce is vegetable based, so it's halal to eat.Banana split: request sauces and pineapple. On several visits, I did not get (my favorite) strawberry sauce or pineapple chunks. It was just white ice cream and banana halves ?.Parking: Ample parking in surrounding areas.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is wheelchair accessible.

This place over charges for the same order over other locations, by more then 3$. Not only that they keep refusing to be part of the points system and the reason I believe is because they have set their own prices, same with Capilano location. Use the app and the locations that are part of their points system and you will find exactly that. Sad that as a massive chain they still find a way to scam people.

The fact that there are 5 star reviews of this location is laughable and ridiculous. Have a deal/coupon on the app? Forget about it, it won't scan in this store and they can't even manually input the coupon code. They won't comp you either for the inconvenience. The speed of service is so painfully slow and most of the workers do a disappointing job of assembling food. In terms of professionalism, you can clearly tell the employees are goofing off and don't take their job seriously, even when it's busy.

Came here for a late lunch and to redeem my DQ points that were expiring today. ONCE AGAIN the Claim their points scanner is not set up . I was here about 2 weeks ago I was told the same thing. I feel thatvif they aren't going to honor the point system to put up signs. This experience left a foul taste in my mouth and a 3 yearold that is super disappointed.

And this is why I say Asians shouldn't work in fast food. I ordered 2 ranch wraps, this is how they pack it. They wrapped the paper tight, but couldn't do the wraps. Barely stayed together as I was opening it. If you can't do your job, and apply attitude, go work somewhere else.

By far the slowest Dq I’ve ever been to. If you plan on being in the drive through for 45 mins for a single order of food, this is the place for you.

And this is why I say Asians should not work in fast food. Any response you get is probably an Asian lady. If you don't know how to do your job, without attitude, go work somewhere you can. Maybe a factory.

My girlfriend and I went through the drive through and had a amazing experience. There is a employee there named Tom that is a absolute incredible person. Very friendly and caring. He takes great pride in his work and how he treats customers is second to none ?

My Mum and I decided to go to Dairy Queen for lunch. We ordered Crispy Chicken Combo and Honey Garlic Chicken Strips. When we got our order half of it was wrong. They gave us regular chicken strips instead of Honey Garlic. When I took the strips to the counter and to get the order corrected. The person that took our order could not find our order to see what was actually enter in. She offered me either refund the meal that was order or pay the difference. I was like why should I pay for your mistake. I started to get angry. When I asked for a manger, she told me that there was no manager. Then I asked for a supervisor. Apparently she was on break. Finally the other worker took it into her hands and just gave us what we ordered. The customer service from this restaurant was awful.
