I had an excellent experience at this shop. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me. They explained the repairs clearly, gave me a fair and transparent estimate, and finished the work earlier than expected.

Took my car in for a basic audio-related fix and got hit with a hefty bill — with no warranty, no detailed receipt, and no real explanation of the cost.
The service felt rushed, and I wasn’t walked through what was actually done. After comparing with other shops, it’s clear I was seriously overcharged.
If you don’t know much about car audio or repairs, be careful — they’ll take advantage of that.
Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re okay paying premium prices for minimal work and zero accountability.

Be cautious with this auto shop. They reported services to Carfax that were never actually performed. This is misleading and unethical. I cannot recommend them.
