I have purchased three pairs of shoes from this store, it is the highlight of my West --Edmonton trip. The customer service is outstanding, which is hard to find these days . I had an issue with a pair of boots, and the manager was quick to resolve the problem offering me a couple of solutions.
money well spent :)

Grateful for the AMAZING service by Emily & Wojo (sorry if spelling is off). Emily knew my size before I even asked-AMAZING! They treated me like a very valued customer and I was brand new to them…felt like Pretty Woman! DEFINITELY COME HERE FOR YOUR FOOTWEAR NEEDS-THE STAFF & THE FOOTWEAR ARE SECOND TO NONE!

Customer service is exceptional! And I needed 2 pairs of shoelaces for other shoes and they didn’t even charge me for them. Such integrity and goodwill. I am leaving here with spring in my step.

My mother, sister and I shop at Davinci regularly. Siobhan is THE BEST. She is low pressure and very honest. She understands exactly what you're looking for and will offer sincere feedback if you need help. She is very kind and we know that when she is working, we will get amazing service every single time!

Despite not shopping in person over covid, the same staff recognized me after such a long break and asked how my family was.Amazing ability to fit your foot (and calf!) properly to a shoe or boot.My favorite store in Edmonton for something with that personalized experience and unique selection.X

Great selection of shoes, but the women follow you around watching you like you're a criminal! They have a reputation for that in the mall. Notice them move around you from different angles so they have a clear look at you - not friendly. All of my friends avoid this place because the staff makes it uncomfortable to shop. Their return policy is ludicrous. I shop at KUNITZ Shoes. Class all the way!

Love supporting these guys. They have been in West Edmonton Mall or ages. Still family run after more than 30 years. They carry very unique shoes and great quality items for the price.

Da Vinci Shoes has TERRIBLE 3 day return policy that they do NOT inform you of at the time of purchase. The sales clerk told me to take some tight boots home and wear them because they would stretch. When they didn't, they refused to refund me my money because they were "worn"!!! (only on carpet, in my own home). The owner was rude, condescending and lacks customer service skills. I will never shop there again based on my experience. If you do, please be aware of their ridiculous return policy.
