They make it impossible to call them. You dial their number they posted online trying to talk to a representative but none of the options provided by the automative voice can lead you to a human to talk to. This is a terrible service

Your phone number doesn’t direct us to a customer service representative. Why not? I have been waiting for my package which was supposed to be delivered on Friday and your stupid driver did not ring the bell and you guys sent me an email that no one was home . I am not happy you sent me another email telling me you will be delivering my package on Monday I had to miss my full day shift just waiting for my package. It’s not you guys package but mine. I need human being representative number, this is the worst service ever.

I don't know why DHL bothers asking for On Demand Delivery information if their drivers don't read the instructions and just pretend they have visited a building for delivery. One of the absolute worst couriers out there.

So after 2 weeks of waiting, with my truck down waiting for parts, they sent my parts back to the USA because they couldn’t figure out my address. No emails, no calls… just sent back. When I called the Canadian side I went around in circles on there telephone system. So I added a phone plan to call the states and tried that number. After waiting a representative for 5 min, I got the option for a call back. Which never ended up calling back. Now I’m stuck paying shipping both ways for no good reason.
