App was simple to navigate, and choices of products were vast.
Placing an order was a breeze, the delivery was prompt.
The hoodie I purchased was high-quality material and was free of imperfections and fit perfectly.
Prices are great, lower than doing an order through my work.

Order delayed 2 weeks, 0/10 for the name being “direct” workwear. Sending the wrong items in the wrong sizes, 0/10. Spending 90 dollars to get the wrong size pants altered, 0/10. Customer service? What is that even. I cannot score something that is not existent

In my first encounter with Direct Work Wear Ltd. I was wonderfully served by Kylie. With a whole family needing reflective hats right away, she took every step to locate the supply on hand and arranged for shipping on a very short timeline. She personifies service and humour (great combination) with inventory knowledge. Since then, have discovered the wide range of excellent work and safety clothing and equipment. Great discovery!
