It looked like they had public restrooms, so I went and asked if I could use it and they straight up just said “no” which is fine I guess, but I worked in retail my answer was always “sorry no, the closest public restroom is ____ though.”
When I went to check out I asked if they sold lightening cables and buddy had no idea what I was talking about 😭 I was then told they only sell android chargers… again it’s fine but some help on where I could get one would’ve been nice? Or even an apology for the inconvenience???

I would give zero stars if I could. I had bought a lot of items and just needed a box to gather them. The staff member, who was Punjabi, was extremely rude and spoke to me in a very harsh tone. She snatched the box from me and refused to help, even after I explained I would return it immediately. Customer service was terrible, and I will not be returning.

This was always my favourite location, but it has gone way downhill. The staff is rude and entitled and treat you like you’re inconveniencing them by shopping there. I know we aren’t spending hundreds of dollars there but a little common decency shouldn’t be too much to ask for.

Wrost store manager ever. The store is alway messy and dirty. The store doesn't care . When a customer asks her anything, she treats customers awful if they aren't the same nationality as her.

Rude staff who need customer service training. The pun jabi cashier was speaking to a coworker in their language loudly. I'm pretty sure she was saying something about me.
