The young girl curly hair. I said hi how are you tried making small conversation no response nothing. Was not friendly. I've never had an issue with this location until this evening. I believe in good customer service.

I’m not the type to be a Karen or yap about things like this since I’m still a Gen z but this one is bothering me.
I’ve been to this location multiple times, and unfortunately the customer service has been consistently uncomfortable. There is a teenage girl with curly hair who never responds to greetings, questions like “how’s it going?” or “how was your day,” and does not say thank you or you’re welcome, which comes across as very unwelcoming.
Additionally, there is an older Indian lady who is often quite rude and gives a nasty attitude for no apparent reason. I have always been polite and friendly, asking how she’s doing, but the responses feel sharp and dismissive, almost like unnecessary jabs.
A little basic courtesy and professionalism would greatly improve the experience here.

The staff is very friendly and the prices are extremely reasonable. I found a good variety of the things I needed, and the staff was helpful the entire time. For a store this size, they carry almost everything you would expect to find at any other Dollar Tree, which makes shopping here really convenient.

The staff went above and beyond to help correct a purchase error.
I am frankly shocked that there was a clear chain of command, support that they could contact, and then that the staff were able to think outside the box to correct something in a way that they didn't have training on.
Cudos to all the staff here! Great job!

Let people cut the line in front of 4 people wait over 5 min. when I step up to tell the cashier. She just ignore and shake her head then smile to the Lady who cut the line and pay. Never come back

I have to agree with many other reviewers. Lighting is very poor, aisles are cluttered, shelves are on the messy side, and place feels overall dingy. I feel like I have entered a goodwill store. Had a similar smell too. Probably will not be returning here. Went over to Dollarama near by and had a much better experience.

Very dirty and hard to navigate the store with some aisles completely inaccesible . I used a cart but I can't imagine trying to navigate the store with a stroller, wheelchair, or any other mobility aid. Staff looked very stressed and it appeared that they were being overworked and likely understaffed.

The store is incredibly messy and impossible to navigate. Floors are dirty and look like they've never been cleaned. Many aisles are blocked off with boxes and carts. Staff looks tired and understaffed

Each time I go there, there is a long line up at the till. The store is not clean or organized. I ended up going to a nearby Dollarama, which was much cleaner and more organized. Plus Dollarama has a self checkout and is a Canadian company. I won’t be back at this Dollar Tree.
