So at 412pm cashier # 1 , I second the comment from ASH , no customer service and I add rude India female with glasses she was paying more attention to the high school kids who were buying nothing then to me the customer. Dollarama should have a secret customer come in and do evaluations on how the cashiers are not only not saying hello and thank you but being rude and making me wonder why they even have a cashier there

Why is it that when there is a line up of 20 people, an UNKEPT cashier takes the time to push in the shopping carts and adjusting the carry carts. Are you serious!!

I really try not to go to this location. It is a disaster at all times, such a mess. The people at the till don't treat you like a human, and are very impatient.
Edit: 09-01-25 I have been here recently and things have improved. It is now orderly and tidy. There is a space made for the line at the till and they have added tills to keep the line moving. Improved rating from 2 to 4 stars. Well done!

No customer service at cashier. No hello, No thank you, No smile. Thank you should come from the store cashier not from customers. It’s a bother of this cashier to have good customer service.

Same price increases as every other store, the fact theyre charging same price for small bags as large shows you what they think of their customers, keep raising those prices!
