Asked the Blonde, curly haired Ukrainian (russian??) lady to help me at a till and she said no. "You can wait. Self check out won't take long."
Why do you have a cashier standing there refusing to help the line up of people if they aren't cashiering?

This has always been my goto dollara store for the past 4 years, but something so unexpected happened to me and my family today just because I needed help with the self checkout. The store lady whom I called on for help was so rude with a lot of attitude. I felt so humilated publicly and in front of my kids.
I demand a public apology from dollarama and from this old blone lady who obviously english wasn't her first language.

The Russian or Ukrainian woman standing at the safe is unnecessarily rude and aggressive. I don't want to come here just for this reason.

What else is new…another Dollarama being racist to Indigenous people. WORST WORKERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. They call security on me multiple times & had workers follow me like a puppy. Bet they felt dumb when I went to the front and bought over $100 worth of product. So annoyed. Second time this happened at this Dollarama!!!
