Was in there a few days ago standing in line to get a snack. There was some issue with a customers gift card, and two employees were working to fix it. Eventually I got up to the till and told the employee they should put more staff on, as there was a massive lineup. To which he replied they were the only staff in store. Which begs the question, why does a store in a busy mall, burning the busiest time of year, and the busiest time of day only have 2 poorly trained staff members? This location severely needs new management

Good dollar store. Has what you need but the workers suck, they’re chatting and talking ignoring you, if there’s a line there’s only one worker working hard while the other 2 talk and walk away after calling backup for the tills. Ignorant and rude workers. Literally only one worker is good here. Miss the old manager, since then this dollarama has gone down the drain with workers and ethics

Very slow when trying to pay rare to find more than one person at the till with a line 10 plus long. Prices aren’t what they used to be.

They are very understaffed it seems. Took me about 5 minutes to get a free associate. We'll stocked and nice layout though. As every other dollar amazing little overpriced for the content though and compared to other dollar stores.

I asked two girls for help regarding a list of stationery for my daughter, and they refused to help me, saying, “Go to number 8. We do not help with the shopping process.” I went to speak to the manager on duty. I waited for her for 6 minutes while she was talking on the mobile phone, and then she left due to the mistreatment. The employee at the cashier was nice and apologized to me for this behavior on the part of her colleagues.

Lots of variety and clean most days stock is always fresh and assortment s of everything I just hate how loss prevention is always following me .I'm there every other day I don't even come close to putting anything in my pockets too bad I'm watching people fill their pockets and they aretoo busy watching me to notice ..... I am always carrying my purse so small it barely fits my wallet and phone with one reusable bag !

Customer service has gone downhill in the last few weeks. Don’t bother asking where something is they won’t answer you. No hello nothing they just stand there giving you dirty looks. Haven’t even put your stuff in a bag and they’re already ringing through somebody else’s stuff. 20 people or more in lineup and they’re standing around chatting to each other instead of bringing you through.

The line is wrapped down the aisles and 1 lady on cash. 2 ladies are standing in the aisle talking in another language and I asked if they were going to help the lady on cash and both of them just looked at me like I wasn't even speaking English and said yes. We will help and neither one of them came up to help.
