The unequivocable home of shrinkflation. Like the matches that break or don't light up. Like the chips with more air than product. Like the magic erasers for the bathtub that crumble on one use. Like the premium plastic stick cotton swabs that now feel like you're cleaning out your ear with a sphagetti strand. Oh, the store is located in the Twilight Zone end of Bonnie Doon, a mall which officially died when they lost their anchor tenant, a Tim Hortons.

Now, this dollarama in Bonnie Doon is a very awesome dollarama. Friendly staff and very positive environment. I would recommend this location to anybody

It was such a rushy place on weekends. Kitchen and cleaning items are really cheap there.

They need to call a cashier when there’s more than four people in the lineup. There’s so many times there’s been two staff members down the aisle and the person that’s the only cashier won’t call cashier to the front.

Lovely dollarama, has everything one needs. Staff is all pretty nice & helpful. One thing I will say though is there is one cashier that is not at all polite & makes my overall experience sub par. Every time I see her serve other customers she seems to be a lot nicer than when she serves me which I can’t seem to understand. I’ve tried to make small talk, & I’m always nice to customer service workers because I understand what it’s like to work in the industry. Very disappointing & hope she works on being more polite to absolutely everyone she serves. If you work in this industry you need to be sure to make everyone’s experience overall good. Hope this teaches a thing or two.
