Dollarama in West Edmonton Mall consistently offers an impressive selection. Whenever I see items featured on Instagram from Dollarama, they are always available. Moreover, the associates are always friendly and efficient with quick checkouts. I would like to extend a special acknowledgement to Rebecca for her warm greetings, which undoubtedly make customers feel welcome.

The light bulbs they sold had quality issues and they refused to refund me. They kept blaming me for not bringing them back on the same day. The clerk was very rude.

Good variety of products. However security followed me around the store, as well as two employees. Very annoying.

Everything and more store. Dollarama is a store that sells things for a very reasonable price. The vast majority of stuff is under $5. The store is located in the East end of West Edmonton Mall. My wife and I needed some basic supplies and we found what we were looking for. We have shopped at a lot of Dollaramas and this a larger one and very well stocked. We will shop again if we’re in the area.

It's nice to see a dollar store in a prime location such as WEM. The store is clean and well stocked, but there seem to be a lot of the products that are more than the $1.25. However there is lots of good deals to be had. They also have self check out, and now I had no problems with being watched, but I am far from a young person.

this is the worst dollarama ive ever went to. The workers accused us of stealing because we were underaged and had backpacks on us. Workers were also “babysitting” us incase we steal even tho we werent. Ive been here so many times and never happened to me before, i also never saw these workers in my life! Please fix ur staff and make them stop accusing of everyones stealing.

I personally feel like I'm being watched every time I'm in there because I am younger and always have a bag on me. I get it, a lot of people steal, so that's why I'm only taking off one star. Otherwise, it's a good and quick experience.

Me and my boyfriend came here. As soon as we entered the store we felt like we were being watched. I grabbed a hat to try it on as it was the first thing i saw in front of the store and it was a celebration hat . Asking my boyfriend how it looked on me, I locked eyes with a female employee. As soon as she saw me she went straight to security and made a gesture pointing at us. I thought it was weird but continued to shop the aisles. Thats when i noticed me and my boyfriend were being followed by security. It was very uncomfortable as we literally JUST entered the store. I tested this by walking down different aisles and seeing if the security followed. It was true that he was and i notified my boyfriend. He got upset due to the assumption of being racially profiled, and accused of stealing stuff. I found it very offensive as they didnt even have proof of this (BECAUSE WE DIDNT TAKE ANYTHING) hense why they couldnt even confront us. We left very disappointed and upset. I am Native American and he is guyanese. Do better dollarama.
