I recently purchased a central vacuum power head kit and tools from Dominion Vacuum. I found they had great customer service, were very knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with.

Three years before i visited by chance this place and the tech is wonderful he replace on the spot and now after 3 years i visited him with same vaccum and he cleaned it without charging and for my other vacuum he cleaned and changed the belt and charge only 20$
this guy is amazing i recomend that he is such honest person yet i didn't see anyone in edmonton.

Hands down the best place I've ever found for vacuum cleaner repairs.They're lovely people (friendly, welcoming every time I've been there), knowlegdeable, prompt, and they never, ever overcharge. They've managed to find economical ways to repair my vacuums, even when I told them I'm willing to bite the bullet and pay for expensive new parts - they've found a better way every time.
They were also more than helpful when I came in looking for cheap parts for a built-in dust collection system for my garage. An old piece here, a used bit there... they helped me put it all together for a very reasonable price (maybe 1/5 the price of a purchased system) and it works great.
I've been coming here for all my vacuum cleaner needs for about 7 years now, and my only regret is that I didn't find them sooner.
I totally recommend these guys, even if you have to drive the country mile to get there!

I believed I was having problems with my powerhead on my vacuum, and when I call Dominion, they suggested I come down, bring the powerhead, the wand and the hose. So I packed it up, took it down and they took a look, and after finding what could have been the initial problem, they replaced a part on the wand. They tried it and it worked on their system, but not on mine, so they suggested I leave it and they would get to it soon. I got a call the next morning saying, it was done and ready to pick up. It was also the switch on the hose. They were timely, very friendly, and reasonably priced. I would certainly recommend them to anyone having issues with their vacuum. Dominion knows their stuff and are great at what they do.

Replied quickly to my questions and followed through with their response like they said. Had the parts that I was looking for which are discontinued. Reasonably priced and great people to meet and talk to. Wish more people who are in business would be like the staff at Dominican Vacuum.

I'd really like to thank Dominion Vacuum for providing superior service when I brought my vacuum in for repair recently. Living and working quite a distance out of Edmonton, it was going to be a major inconvenience for me to have to pick it up during Dominion's regular business hours, but Ray at Dominion was able to come up with a workaround that allowed me to pick it up late one evening after I finished work. Thanks Ray, it was refreshing to see that great customer service is not a thing of the past.

I have only good things to say about Dominion Vacuum. Free estimate, amazing customer service, and my 6 yr old miele is like new again. They fixed a bunch of different issues for an extremely good price. Highly recommend.
