dont know how to ring a doorbell. There's a large box on my step labeled deliveries and they ignore it and leave parcels unattended on step.

Another 0 stars! What kind of delivery company doesn’t leave a package at the door and don’t have a pick up location?! Do they even attempt to deliver?! I don’t think so
