I walked in with my mother, shopping for a pair of dress pants. There was one lady on the floor, she didn’t even say hi or ask if we needed any help. Found a pair of pants that i liked, asked the lady if i could try them on, she just started walking towards the changing rooms. Tried them on, they were too big. Went searching for someone, nobody was nearby. When i took them off, one of the ladies asked how it went. I said they were small. All she had to say was “sorry bout that”. They look very gloomy, and were very unhelpful. This is not an acceptable shopping experience for anyone who is a potential customer.

Came in around 3pm today & met the sweetest women! I didn’t catch her name, Her birthday is tomorrow & she was so kind, we chatted for a bit and it was overall a great experience, she was so easy to talk to & very attentive, the store was also immaculate! Very clean & displays were nice and organized, definitely will be dropping in more!

Got an online order and had a couple of items to return at the store and the staff person decided to sign me up for the dynamite club membership without my consent as I received an email asking me to complete my membership.
I was a bit tired after a day of work so it took me a minute to ask why she needed my birthdate for a return— she insisted it was necessary. A review of their website shows birthdate is optional. I’m not sure what incentive she was given to sign people up to their club without their consent but it’s really underhanded and unprofessional. It’s enough to never shop at this company again, there are plenty of other options out there.
Companies like this get hacked all the time and all your data goes with them. No one needs your birthdate to process a retail transaction.

We made an in-store purchase today, and we noticed they charged us double for an item (REF 0883650) even though we only bought one. Associate 73584 from Southgate (Edmonton, AB) most likely kept the item for herself.

Customer service is extremely lacking. Went in to pick up an order I’d placed online and stood right in front of the register for 10 minutes while who I assumed to be floor manager stood right next to me chatting with a friend who came in to the store to visit her. Once she goes behind the register, she says into her walkie “can someone come out to the floor to actually greet customers?”. Ummmm you mean like what you should’ve been doing a few minutes ago? I showed her my receipt on the app for the item I ordered online and she says “I need the email receipt”. I didn’t get an emailed receipt. She says she needs it. It’s the exact same receipt as the app has with the exact same order number on it. Well, after I show her my emails and that I didn’t get an email, suddenly the app receipt will work! Wow! Laughable. If the app isn’t acceptable at your store, then why have it?

I can’t even begin to express my gratitude for the staff here! I came in practically in tears trying to find the exact clothes that my new jobs very specific dress code requires. And in my size no less.
The staff went out of their way to help me and hunt the store for me. Thank you to Taylor and Adriana!
But I need to give an extremely special shout out to Sidney. She literally jumped through so many hoops for me, practically dried my stress tears and did not stop until she was able to help me! She literally went so far above and beyond for me with her service, I will NEVER go to another location while she’s working in that building! Honestly the kindest most wonderful human!!! THANK YOU?

I bought a dress for full price and within a month there were threads coming off and overall could see how bad the quality was. And those regular price dresses are not cheap hence, if I'm paying that price I demand good quality as well. When I came into the store to address this concern, I was attached for several reasons and was not offered any help at all to help my experience be better. They completely refused to help. When I contacted customer service they pretended to help and asked me to email all the information and then they completely disappeared. I have officially boycotted dynamite/garage after that horrible experience for this company's greed for customer money but not being able to own up to their satisfaction.

I went to the store today with a top in my mind, everyone working there was so helpful! Specially the two girls named Maya! They went above and beyond to make sure I found something I liked! They were super friendly!

Yes! 5 stars! If you're looking for nice work clothes with exceptional customer service come here! I was in here last week looking for some new work clothes, the manager (can't remember her name) helped me and my goodness she was awesome. I didn't need to leave the changing room for anything; sizes, different styles, damn this girl knows how to make a sale. I walked-out with almost all the things she picked for me. Good job!
