Went for lunch today, we were a group of 7. From booking the reservation, service, food quality everything was outstanding. Our server was Rae and she took great care of us.

Was at earls tonight and experienced great service from staff and especially our server Nevin. He was friendly, outgoing and was quick to greet us.

Update to review, stopped in for a drink and catch the end of the Blue Jays game and I felt that the bartender deserved some acknowledgement. I believe his name was Jullian and the service and ease of conversation made for a grand visit! Always great at earl's! We go a few times a month and foood quality and service is always very good.

Went to Earls on March 9 for my birthday. The service was ok but the food was very bland. Thought it was just an off night or they were too busy. Went again March 27 and it was worse.We were told the specials I asked for details. I was told “steaks are a couple bucks off but extras are the same price.” Maybe I’m a dumb customer but I was hoping for more details.The restaurant was busy and our food took a while. To arrive, understandable. Upon arrival one order was wrong. They offered to make the correct food, which was appreciated. The food that did arrive was bland and flavourless. Again. While we waited for the correct order for one person they were given a Cesar salad. It too was bland and flavourless. When the missing meal arrived it was well after the rest of the table had finished so we packed it up to go.No, we don’t smoke, no we don’t expect perfection but twice in one month is just bad.We have no intention of going back.

Julian looked after us at the bar tonight. He was attentive and friendly. He obviously loves his job as he is fantastic!!!!Back here again on March 27th, Ethan and Randa did a great job looking after us in the dining room. We had no room for dessert but we appreciated their professional and attentive service.

I come here every year to celebrate my bday in April on the weekend. I usually have a larger party ( we’re more lounge people) and I’ve called around to other places to try and book a reservation and no one can guarantee or accommodate a larger party. Every time I call this earls location the person that answers is always so friendly and does what she can to reserve enough tables for my party. I never have to worry about accommodating everyone they always make sure there’s enough room. Service is always great. It’s hard to go anywhere else when I’m guaranteed satisfaction at this place.

Food wasn’t horrible. Salmon was over peppered. Brought up to the manager and did nothing about it, other than say sorry. We got a bottle of wine that we wanted to take home. Our server went to put a lid on it for us once we were finished. As we were waiting we noticed a bug in the wine. Brought it to server attention who went to her manager. Management was poor. We already paid. So they couldn’t take it off the bill. Manager just told us that they will dump out the old one and get us the same amount we had left. I don’t understand why they couldn’t give us a new bottle. How do we know for sure that they didn’t just take the bug out and give us the same bottle. Manager seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. All she told us that she will get the higher ups to get on bug control. Definitely could have been handled better.!!! We understand the bug wasn’t fully their fault but come on.

This is the second time I have visited this location as I don’t live in the city and we stay close to the restaurant. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The first time I visited this location it was awesome. This time however it was terrible. We had two servers that night back and forth and the one server when I asked her what the difference between the earls martini and a regular one went to the bartender and came back and said “he’s not sure but the earls one has extra sh!* in it” I have no idea what that means but not a way to speak to someone. I then ordered the truffle chicken with risotto and my chicken was under cooked. I thought maybe it would be ok but the risotto was crunchy… I am no expert but I don’t think it’s supposed to be that way. Neither waitress came by again (although walking by several times and noticing my plate and I hadn’t eaten my meal). The only thing she said was do you want dessert. I paid $30 to not eat because the waitresses couldn’t be bothered to come by. Extremely disappointed in the experience here recently.

The food was tasty and atmosphere was great aside from the cold air that kept streaming in from somewhere. The server was good but not very attentive.Vegetarian options: Not much selection for vegetarian options.
