I've dealt with this location on behalf of a friend. I myself have purchased for multiple locations and never had the amount of trouble this location gives. They even go out of there way to harass her. Terrible customer service would recommend another location.

For ease of an unexpected purchase, Ashley (store owner-independent) was great! We got this beautiful, versatile floor model we sat in for a couple minutes, thinking it was brand new.But unfortunately, when we got it, the back part of the chaise end had this looseness about it that we didn't want to purchase. And why purchase something that after a couple months would be even worse!Ashley was great about the return for one from a box (never used). But first let's see if they can repair it. ???So we'll try it. Still think it should be a complete exchange. Or a complete return. Will update this post.

So disappointing. Worked for this company and went in for nostalgia. Messy, nobody even said hi, offensive rap music with profanities and racist content playing. This industry already has its challenges, why bring it down further?

The manager, Ashleigh oh. Is known to stalk people using the easyhome Facebook pages. Uses the database to creep people and laugh at their personal files.

I would give them 0 if I could. Things were good in the beginning but manger is rude and the staff break into your home and harass you and make you feel unsafe. I got behind on my payments and they sent 2 big men to leave a notice. They not only broke into the apartment building but once I was in possession of the notice they refused to leave no matter how many times I told them to. Our building also has security cameras that recorded it. I shouldn’t have to fear for my safety like I now do. The manager also gets rude and does not correct employees errors. Instead she treats you like trash even if you have enough proof. Anytime I’ve asked for updates on account the manager has never been 100% transparent.

Dealt with the store for years, Ashleigh has always been great! And the staff are awesome. Will always go back there when needed.

Extremely frustrated with this location. Less than 2 months ago I received 2 tablets. Nothing but problems. Send one back to get fixed and told to return it, they will refund me. I'm on a medical leave with subsidized income and I don't drive. Finally making it into the store I am told that I needed to be there within 7 days to receive my refund and all they could do was give me store credit. No employee told me about this 7 day rule. Today I returned the other tablet as it was one of the worst tablets I have ever used, plus I can't exactly afford it right now. Was expecting and relying on that refund.2 months ago I walked in with a smile wanting 2 tablets to help manage my life, today I have no tablets and out money because everyone refused to do anything to help. No customer service and people behind the counter couldn't get off their phones. Extremely unsatisfied and would not recommend.

From the moment I entered the store I received a warm welcome from staff. I found Ashleigh and Mikaela to be both knowledgeable and accommodating. The application took only minutes and was painless. The two delivery drivers were very pleasant, professional and on time. I commend these two guys for braving the -40C to deliver my furniture out in the country. Thank you everyone at Easyhome. Highly recommend them..

I had stuff from easy home for about a year and a half and then gave it back, I paid them roughly $10,000 and they recieved all of their stuff back. They now claim they are going to take me to collections for $5000 for product they were given back! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! Complete scam artist, and the manager there is sleeping with the delivery drivers. Even has one living with her. They will send you emails saying they are "the legal department" when it's the manager. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, AMD THE PEOPLE THAY WORK THERE ARE COMPLETELY BRAKN DEAD!!!!!
