Had a H2O tank installed 2+ years ago (awesome service and process then, too) last week realized the shut off valve was jammed, so Jeff came by to service and after solving the problem, waived his minimum service fee, even though warranty was done! Courteous, professional, highly recommend!

I purchased a new Maytag washer and gas dryer from The Brick to replace 25 year old units. Dryer was on backorder for quite some time. Jeff definitely went above and beyond to help me.
