Alpesh has some of the worst customer service skills I've ever encountered. If it weren’t for the hardworking and professional employees (clearly succeeding despite their manager), this place would have gone under long ago.

Absolutely awful service. You made my mom cry. My son didnt get his birthday gift she ordered. It was pre ordered!! Over 100 dollars!!! Was supposed to be delivered by 330. It is 7pm and still nothing. Unbelievable im so angry you made my mom upset. She's called many times to figure out where the truck is and they just say it's out for delivery with no other information. This is an extremely expensive service!

First time order from Edible Arrangments and I’m extremely impressed with their customers service and the arrangement.
It was exactly as shown in the photo online and with free delivery. The delivery went out early morning when the recipient was not at home. They went out of their way to call her and to call me to make arrangements to go back and deliver again at a time when she would be at home.
Very impressed, that customer service is hard to find anymore and I will recommend to anyone!

What happened to the quality of this company? The last few deliveries have been absolutely terrible. Previously, on a hot day they just left the package at the front door without ringing the bell and we only discovered it an hour later once the chocolate had all melted. And today, as I was walking back up to the house after walking the dog the driver saw me and just drove away leaving a "missed you" slip on the doorknob when he could've just handed the package right to me. So I call them to hopefully catch and reroute him back, to get put on hold for a while, so I call on another phone and I'm hung up on the first time, call back a second time whereupon a different lady kindly was able to assist and reroute the driver back to me. Completely ridiculous. It's a shame as we would order quite a lot from them but will be taking our business elsewhere.

I ran into an issue during the checkout process on the website and ended up calling the Edmonton store to ask for help. And let me tell you when I say this was "BY FAR" the best customer service I had received in a while, I'm not kidding! I spoke to Sage at the store and not only she was the most polite and kind, she resolved the issue with a swift resolution and called back within minutes to provide confirmation. Great work, Sage and I hope Edible realizes what a gem of an employee they have working for them.

Did not offer same day service despite ordering before the cut of time. Apparently the delivery driver did not have enough capacity to handle the order.
Technically they should not promote same day service or shouldn’t let the system put in the order for the same day if you cannot fulfill it. On their website it says same day delivery is until 5pm.

This Edible Arrangement in Edmonton went above and beyond to make sure our family's birthday surprise got to our sister. The driver even waited while we made some scrambling phone calls to get one of the teenagers to answer the door. And as always, wonderful edible arrangement. Beats any other treat, hands down, for sharing a birthday wish, even when you are miles apart. Can't recommend them enough. I will keep singing their praises!

I have ordered from edible arrangements many times years ago & always had great quality & service! I received an email about a great promotion they had so I decided to get a bouquet for Mother’s Day! I was ordering online over 1 month in advance & they even offered free shipping! 2 days before Mother’s Day I received a call from them saying they could not make my order! They said they could only make the specific items for Mother’s Day! They would not make or deliver my order that weekend, why they only gave me 2 days notice when I ordered over a month ago? They never gave me any reasonable options & just refunded my money. I will never order or recommend them again! OVERPRICED!!!

The parents at our school arranged for an Edible Arrangement to be delivered to the school as part of a thank you lunch for the teachers. Despite last minute notice, Sophia and the staff at this location were very accomodating and made delivery happen in time. We heard only good things from the school.Would use Edible Arrangements again and recommend this location to a friend. Thanks again for the help! :)

Before saying that you can’t promise anything or saying that you won’t be able to guarantee a delivery. You should check customer’s information first and actually verify the order. As you might be giving false information and unnecessary argument with your customer.
