When I found out how much my sweet husband paid for the chocolate rose bouquet and saw what it was supposed to look like I had to chuckle. No way. Tiny little strawberries half covered. Weak. Do better. Do not recommend.

Had an arrangement ordered for my girlfriend’s birthday. They took almost 20 mins to take my order over the phone. Kept repeating my information back to me incorrectly. Then I was imperative that it must be delivered to her work before 3 pm. So she could have it to share with her coworkers.
I messaged my gf at 4 pm to see how she liked her surprise, but she had no idea what I was talking about. To top it off, she was already on her way home from work. $150 wasted.
I’ll never order here again.

I ordered helium balloons yesterday for the morning, and out of 9 balloons, 6 are already lying on the floor. I’m very disappointed — it ruined the celebration.

Incredible customer service from start to finish! The staff at Edible Arrangements Edmonton were so responsive and friendly they answered all my questions right away and even helped me customize my order perfectly. They made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. You can really tell they care about their customers. Highly recommend!

The customer service at Edible Arrangements Edmonton is truly outstanding! The team went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. They were so patient, polite, and genuinely cared about my experience. It’s rare these days to find a business where the staff take such pride in what they do. I had such a wonderful experience with Edible Arrangements Edmonton! The customer service team went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. They were friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely cared about making the delivery special. It’s rare to find that level of attention these day I’ll definitely be ordering again!

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. I’ve seen the staff handle arrangements and food without washing their hands or wearing gloves. There is no posted signage for employees to wash their hands. I’ve seen staff at the front counter eat food that they’ve brought from home with their hands while handling food and arrangements at the front counters. They weren’t wearing gloves either. All the flowers are marked up way over market value when they’re just being bought at the grocery store near by.
I’ve ordered several bouquets of flowers and arrangements over the years and never have they been this atrocious and disappointing. All the fruit underneath the chocolate was mushy and gross. The actual container that the arrangement was in, was all sticky and tacky. This business really shows that they don’t care about their customers and only about the money.

Very unimpressed. I ordered the larges size basked, over $400 to be delivered to a colleague's monthly staff meeting. Emphasized that it had to be delivered prior to 11am. I spoke to my colleague and they basked did not arrive until 11:30. The meeting as already over, everyone had left, the basket and kind gesture was wasted.
When I called the next day to ask what happened, the owner argued with me and got somewhat hostile. Not a great experience overall, would not recommend.
follow up - after reading this review the owner called me the next day to argue with me further and insist I remove this negative review. no apology offered, no attempt to provide better service.

FOLLOW UP - The owner reached out to me before this review was published and it was apparent that he was very disappointed that I had this type of experience. He clearly had investigated the situation to determine why this happened and I feel that he is taking step to address this.
So incredibly disappointed! We ordered an edible arrangement for our grandson‘s 7th birthday. We did this for our granddaughter and it was a huge hit so we wanted to make sure he could have the same experience. When I placed the order two days earlier I phoned it in rather than using the website so that I could confirm what the delivery window would be because they would not be home in the afternoon. I was assured that the delivery would be there by 12:30.
When I called my grandson at 12:30 he had not received his surprise so I contacted the store and the sales person said that they were going to contact the driver and get back to me. I waited 30 minutes without a callback so decided to call again since they close at 1:30 on Sundays and learned that she had forgotten about checking on our order. By the time she did actually check on the order it was too late to get it to them before they had to leave so we made arrangements with the neighbour to receive the fruit bouquet for them (which would have diminished the thrill my grandson would have had to have a delivery for him at the door but it was the only option) They arrived home to learn that the arrangement never arrived!!!!!
After this incident, I looked over the reviews and have discovered that this is a regular occurrence. Clearly, they either have no interest or don’t know how to improve their performance. It’s unfortunate because despite the fruit bouquets being very pricey for what you get, they were a cute idea but I won’t trust this company again.

I recently received a sympathy flower arrangement ordered by my colleagues during a very difficult and emotional time. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The flowers arrived moldy, wilted, and with leaves that were black and rotten.
At a time when a gesture of kindness and care was meant to bring comfort, the poor quality of this arrangement only added to the sadness of the moment. I expected fresh, thoughtfully prepared flowers, especially for such a sensitive occasion.
I hope the company reviews its quality control and delivery standards to ensure that no one else experiences such a letdown during an already painful time.

I ordered the Peace & Doves Bouquet for a memorial service gathering and was genuinely impressed with both the quality and presentation of the fruits—everything looked beautiful, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged. Customer service was excellent, and the delivery experience really stood out. Even though the wrong house number was provided by mistake, the delivery person went out of their way to ensure it was delivered to the correct address. This was my first order, and I’m highly satisfied. It was a meaningful addition to the gathering. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely order again.

Disappointed with the management of this location. Website and front door state that the shop is open til 7pm on Mondays. Arrived at 5:20pm and the doors are locked, no signage indicating an emergency/break/change in store hours and no one answering the phones. Really was looking forward to gifting someone the arrangement but had to find something else last minute instead.
