About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car offers car rentals at airport and Edmonton locations, with service in over 30 countries. Booking is easy online or through their app. Reviews of a specific location note that staff is consistently friendly, professional, courteous, and incredibly accommodating, often going above and beyond. The team is described as wonderful, helpful, and attentive, making the process smooth, chill, easy, and hassle-free. Customers report feeling completely at ease and highly recommend the location. While prices are good and service is considered better than some competitors, experiences with the vehicles can vary. Most times the cars are good and in perfect condition, but it is common to receive a smoke-scented car or one with a broken stereo. Overall, the location provides good service with exceptional customer service as a clear priority, contributing to a pleasant rental experience.

I have dealt with Enterprise on 102 ave several times over the years and had a positive experience each time. A special shout-out goes to Deen and Jarret, who set an example of what great customer service should look like.
