I was very disappointed with the service at this Esso location (14703 40 Ave NW, Edmonton). After purchasing $25 worth of fuel and a hot dog, I politely asked for a cup of drinking water. To my surprise, the staff refused to provide it, which felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
As a paying customer, I believe it’s basic courtesy to offer a small cup of water—especially after a food purchase
This interaction left a very negative impression, and I hope the management reconsiders their customer service policies. Respect and basic hospitality should not be optional

Mr manager its very regret to complaint that your 2 staff members (Tanveer and A Girl) are always busy on their mobile phone they didn’t even care for what customer is asking . The Tanveer is always busy on phone , he didn’t even take his head up for customer attention
