Whoever was working last night needs to give their head a shake. Cashier was so involved with his phone, he didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked up to the counter. Ordered a pack of smokes, he rang them through without even noticing I had more items on the counter. Had to restart the transaction, scanned everything in while still just staring at his phone. Once I was all paid up, still texting or whatever on his phone, wouldn’t hand me my smokes until I asked. All without ever once taking his eyes off his phone. Wake up and work bro.

the cashier is very rude, i went some for some gas today and guy with the beard has started acting rude for no reason clearly he doesn’t know how to serve customers no proper training. 👎🏽

Worst car wash ever. Been through it 3x now and no change in dirt on bottom sides, especially the drivers side. 3x! Never again. Wish id have read reviews before going.

If I could I would give it zero stars ,where do I start .I came inside the station to buy a car wash ticket ,the rude and unfriendly cashier at the time ROSE told me I I have to spend $10 in fuel to get the discount for car wash .I told actually I been here before all the other cashiers said its any amount ,I realize she was lying customers can spend any amount and get a car wash ,I then asked to speak to a manager she said the manager is not here and we don't give the name out to the manager ,this also is inaccurate you have to give the name of the manager. NEXT TIME I won't go inside I'll just buy my fuel and carwash at the self serve station .I also strongly considering taking my business else where ,I have been shopping here for years and never had this type of service ,I strongly suggest management should monitor ROSE behavior and how she treats customers.

Ripoff.Worst carwash anywhere. Paid for a premium wash. Car is not even slightly cleaner.Will never use it again.

Took the vehicle through the car wash and it did about as bad a job as I've ever seen with any touchless carwash in this city. There's another few that would have left the truck spotless (other Esso locations, yes.) For some reason this locations Carwash is pretty bad. I paid $16.99 for their best carwash and basically could have done the same thing at home with a garden hose.
I noticed once driving in that the under vehicle spray was more of a mist, like there was something wrong with the equipment, didn't think much of it, it's home now and I'm looking at the body and it's as if I did not even take it in for a wash. Wild. It did such a bad job. Like reeeeally bad, Like I said, a garden hose rinse off could have left it looking like this.

Worst car wash ever! Went back in and was given a coupon to rewash. Rewashed still dirty and would not give a refund or even another coupon. $16 down the drain!! Will never ever go back there! ? ??

Love Esso gas my vehicals run best on it but the car wash at this location is the worst. Had issues on more then one visit. Since it so close to my house I fill up here 2-4 times a week. Last visit it left dirt stripes down both sides. Staff does not care as it’s not their car
Wash been complaining about it and the say it’s fixed but never is?? The price you charge it should work better. FIX THE CAR
WASH!!!!!!!!!!! Have to drive back after I get home and staff does give a free wash but second time through still not clean?? DO NOT WASH HERE EVER
