Went at 6:15AM on Nov 8, the staff working, firstly gave less change than they were supposed to. It was corrected after asking for it. And then my order seemed to be on time, but with oils in the packaging box(prob of the chicken). The communication with the staff was really poor!

My One-Stop Shop for Gas and Coffee!
Esso is my go-to stop every day! The station is always clean, easy to access, and well-maintained. I love that there’s a Tim Hortons inside nothing beats grabbing a fresh coffee while fueling up. The staff are friendly, service is quick, and prices are competitive. It’s convenient, reliable, and makes every stop simple and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I came in October 17, 2025 at around 1:20AM. Not expecting much customer service as this location usually isn’t the friendliest, and honestly I wouldn’t blame anyone working at 1 AM for not being the most welcoming. I ordered 10 wedges. She was nice enough to make them fresh for me but unfortunately once I stepped out and took a bite i noticed it was frozen. Not just cold but yes, actually frozen. I figured she must have known they were not done because we only waited about 2 minutes after paying for fresh wedges and the bag she had handed me was cold. I do understand late night shift fogginess but I still expect the food I pay for to be cooked. Very disappointed in the downfall of this location in the past few years.

Stopped in to ask about using the restroom and was met with unnecessary rudeness from the attendant. It’s disappointing when a business clearly puts a “no restroom” sign on the door simply because they can’t be bothered to maintain basic facilities for customers. This station shows a lack of care and customer service — I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Twice now, on two different current promotions the price was wrong (no big deal) but when I ask for the price adjustment the staff say that is the price despite the advertisement to the contrary. They are either unwilling to help, or unable to do so for lack of training. Add the to already typically dreadful customer service they provide it's easy to see why the only reason they are still on business is because they're the only stop in the neighborhood not because they're actually any good.

Been shopping at this location for 10 years anytime it comes to Uber eats/ skip the dishes they always miss something, there rude when you call them upon it, I will faithfully take the extra 15 minute detour to go to a new gas station. You guys just lost a faithful customer.

Worst car wash ever, don't go here. Old touchless one was great, went there often. They changed it over to their "Clean Machine" rotating brush system, now useless. Today the brushes got sides of my car sort of clean, other brush never touched front of car, the hood, the windshield, the roof or the back. Went in to tell them the problem, they said "oh, basic wash, that's why". I said no, it's not working properly but they didn't believe me. Since when does "basic wash" mean just the sides of the car?They did give me a "re-wash" coupon, I said I'll come back when they get it fixed
