Rudest people ever encountered, on multiple occasions. Car wash always closed. lost the wash station code they declined to look it up as I gave them the bill, now the carwash is closed as are all carwashes in the Edmonton area and my wash expires in a few weeks. Bad service.

Paid for highest level car wash. Would just do initial rinse then stop, and the door would open for me to exit. Staff gave me a second code. Same result. Staff implied I was doing something wrong. I responded with “I’m not an idiot”. Staff would not refund my money.

There is a noise of employees talking in microphone or so, from this Esso station after hours. Last night was so annoying, frustrating, and inconsiderate as it lasted from after 11:00 pm till early hours of the morning!!!! I have recently complained about this issue before. And Esso management and customer service should have a note of my complaint. Please take an action asap.
